Rooms are clean and this the most important thing for me. House keeping was good too.

Best hotel stay we've had in years
Pros:

Easy to find after a long day of travel, wonderful staff, super comfortable bed, water park was fun for the whole family, breakfast had lots of good options

Cons:

The only complaint would be that the iin room coffee selction only had decaf but we got regular in the lobby.

Sketchy area, hotel locks you out after hours if you forget your card, a very scary experience for my kids and I.

Enjoyed our stay, not sure we will return
Pros:

All staff were super friendly, cleaners greeted us as we walked through the halls, breakfast was yummy and lasted a reasonable amount of time, room was clean, more than enough towels,

Cons:

Scum around the edges of the Pool, there was diarrhea on the Pool bathroom floor before we left for the day and it was still there when we returned 6 hours later. I did inform staff at that point, they cleaned it promptly but its concerning nobody is checking. King bed was so lumpy, felt like an old mattress

Beautiful hotel - great restaurant!
Pros:

We were in Edmonton for our grandson’s hockey tournament that was being played in the Ice Palace, very close to West Edmonton Mall. We loved the Indigenous Art that was throughout the hotel and we loved the restaurant - food was awesome. We will be back!

Wonderful time in Edmonton!
Pros:

Love the pool and my husband really loved the water slide :) also enjoyed the breakfast! Dog friendly!!

Cons:

Gym was small, no more than 2 people would be able to workout in there but that's okay.
