Pros:

Location was good. Room was clean enough. AC quiet and working. Close to west edmonton mall. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Toilet seat bolt broken. Hair dryer broken. Mattress had sags in it so not the best sleep. Looked like pool and waterside were popular. Breakfast good.

We had a great time with our family and would book here again
Pros:

The complementary breakfast in the morning was nice. There was a variety of options and my kids quite enjoyed it. My kids really loved the waterslide in the pool, my husband and I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while watching them play. It was a nice place for families to stay.

Great value
Pros:

An awesome visit. Great value! The manager (Jemma) was fantastic! Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with gluten free bagels .and bread available. Would not hesitate to return!

Not great considering cost.
Pros:

Location was good and fairly clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool area showing its age. At almost $230a night with taxes this hotel was absolutely not worth the stay. Disappointed we have another non refundable weekend booked here as it’s not worth the cost.

We will definitely be making another stay-cation at this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was more than just your typical continental breakfast. Eggs & sausages & a waffle maker to make waffles! Yum. Everything from the danishes to the fruit was quickly replenished & fresh.
The Water Park was the high light of the stay. The deck & pool was clean & they supplied towels at the pool which were warm from the dryer. (Maybe just our luck)
The room itself was a typical 2 Queen bed room. Clean with some wear & tear on the fixtures, but clean. Which is the most important.
