No Air Con in Hoel

No Aircon just a fan
Very clean, the staff were brilliant, really friendly, helpful and couldn’t help enough.
The room was spacious and the bed was massive. The internet worked well and even though we were right near the M4 it was very quiet. The breakfast was perfect especially when included in the price. We would have stayed for longer and will definitely stay again!
Maybe the parking could be a little bigger but this might have just been as there was afew big work vans in when we stayed

Staff were really friendly, the bar/restuarant had great aircon so it was lovely to head in there after being at the beach during the day
Not that I would have ever expected it outside of a heatwave, but no aircon was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price paid for the hotel room
when having a shower the mirror didn't steam up the room was fine, close to the motorway If there was a problem the staff delt with it

the food was cold but it was dealt with by turning the air-con off over the food

Room was very nice ,good size and very clean as was everywhere in the hotel
I thought there was a need for some comfortable seating by the bar in the restaurant. We had some drinks before dinner but had to sit on the dining room chairs which were not very comfortable. I think that most people who stay there eat at the nearby Harvester which is why apart from breakfast there is no one in the dining room. Having said that I dont know why there was such a delay between our first and second courses at dinner as there was only two other diners in the restaurant at the same time as us.
