It is close and convenient and the breakfast is lovely
Twin room was exceptionally cramped, 2 single beds literally 2inchs from each other and quite expensive for what we got in comparison to other Holiday Inn ive stayed in up and down the country

Having to register car with parking company so I don't get a parking fine. Pet hate of mine, if I'm a paying customer and parking is for the hotel. You sort I don't get fined!

Good location to visit relatives and easy access
Very quick pitstop on the way from the ferry in Pembroke to the South of England. Convenient location just off the M4. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Arriving in the middle of the night, the night manager was helpful and efficient getting me checked in quickly. Didn't stay for breakfast so no comment to make.
In room 130 which was clean BUT there’s a glass on the floor by the headboard (easily missed). Nice to have a fan in the room. Really Comfy bed. Like the door on toilet closing 2 ways. Good size tv. Nice pillows. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff were brilliant.
Too many dogs with guests. I don’t think you should allow dogs in the hotel. They smell and they leave a smell lingering in the rooms they stay in. You don’t know if owners have had their dogs in bed with them. I don’t fancy sleeping in a bed that a dog has slept in. Some people are allergic to dog hairs. And some are scared of dogs.

The lady at the time of check in told us to come for breakfast after 8:30am as it will be rush time before that. When we arrived at 9am, they kept us waiting to enter the breakfast area for 15minutes as there was no space available. The next day we went at 9am, they made us wait for half an hour as there was no space to sit. We got a place to sit at 9:30 am and their closing time was at 10am. I asked for an extra croissant and they rudely said that they can not serve as it was already past 10am. They even lied that the croissant are freshly baked and were over. I saw them serve packed croissants the first day. When I confronted them, they said that when the fresh baked croissant are over, they serve the packed ones and even those were over. I do not understand why such a brand like holiday inn is providing such pathetic service. Can’t they provide an extra croissant. I can not believe they ran out of a packed food commodity even though the staff knew the count of customers in the hotel. It was the hotel’s mistake if they can not provide a seating on time. The staff were all liars starting from the reception to the restaurant. They have no basic courtesy for serving a customer properly.
