Good to have the free breakfast. Appreciated the cleaning of our room. Good to have blue badge parking near the entrance as my husband is a wheelchair user. The location worked well for us since the reason for our stay was for my husband to have radiotherapy at Singleton Hospital each day for 5 days. The journey to and from the hospital was fairly straightforward.
Wider choice of fruit and different flavour yoghurts for breakfast would have been good. Also a wider choice of pastries.
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was not big nor small. Good size for 2 adults and 2 kids for a short stay. However, the beds, specially the sofa bed was far from being comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but at least buffet format which was good specially for the kids. Free parking was appreciated.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable. not even very stable. No real lounge area to sit. We were out most of the day and only in the room for sleeping. Breakfast could have been better with some extra options, for example there was no cheese of any kind.

Front desk staff were nice
Breakfast was dreadful. Crowded - queue, dismal food choices. I asked if we could just take a coffee to go, we were told yes but then found no takeaway cups. Restaurant staff looked overwhelmed and fed up. No air conditioning in room... beds had duvets the hotel staff said we were free 'to come to the front desk to get sheets if duvets were too hot' (this was during a heat wave). Headboards are odd - sort of lopsided. One small fan in the room really did not cut it. Location may have been convenient, but it was depressing - no decent restaurant within many miles.

Easy Parking was available, without any Extra charges. And bed was too big. Also they provided a fan in every room in case of need.
When we entered the room it was a bit smelly, I don’t know it was like that. That was the only thing. With time even the smell also disappeared or we got comfortable as it was not too intense. Also at night you can hear traffic noise which can irritate some guests.
Location was great with clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. Plenty of parking
