Great place to stay; breakfast was good, and the variety of food was nice. Rooms are tidy and clean. I recommend 100%.
The staff made a great hotel experience exceptional. They were incredibly nice, helpful and understanding. Traveling with kids can make a check in experience chaotic - this staff more than overcompensated for that and helped me tremendously. This staff is the most impressive on those qualities that I have ever encountered, regardless of hotel rating or price point.
Pleasant staff . Bethan on reception was very obliging and pleasant on our arrival.
Only complaint is that we couldn't have 3 children in the room and had to book 2 rooms but this didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Flinke herrie van de weg als je het raam opende. Maar dat was niet echt een probleem. Het ontbijt wel, dat was een grap. Veel te veel gasten voor te weinig plekken. Na lang wachten werden de gelukkige wachtenden in een soort klaslokaal gezet om te eten. Er ontbrak intussen van alles. Eieren op. Koffiemachine kapot. Continu een leeg buffet dat veel te traag werd aangevuld. Geen brood, yoghurt, fruit, niks. Het personeel kon het absoluut niet aan. Een meisje kwam na een paar minuten met een paar muffins en zette ze keurig met een tang één voor één op hun plek. Terwijl er een hele rij mensen stond te wachten op van alles. Ik zou zeggen: gooi die muffins in de mand en vul snel het volgende tekort aan. Maar nee, enige vorm van zich aanpassen aan de situatie was echt te moeilijk voor haar. En voor de rest van het personeel. En serieus: ik heb het nu niet over één dag. Dit gebeurde vaker. Nee, ons zien ze hier niet meer. Ik had Holiday Inn redelijk hoog staan, maar dat is voorbij. Wat een chaos.

No a\c or air handling unit. Window had a restraint device so would only open 2". As such the room was very stuffy and uncomfortably hot.
