Pokoj mały i bez klimatyzacji. Okno otwiera się minimalnie. Bardzo było duszno szczególnie w nocy. Odpuściliśmy hotel wcześniej bo nir wyobrażałam sobie kolejnych nocy w tym dusznym pokoju.

Wasn’t clean. Very, very basic and breakfast was awful. Croissants were as hard as big stones
Great location. Staff were lovely, professional al and personable. Sian who booked us in was fantastic and the guy at breakfast ( with a beard) was so helpful and friendly. We could tell it was really efficiently run and hygiene etc was perfect.

Staff helped with extra duvet and setting up sofa bed. Staff also helped entertain a 2 year old toddler while mum and dad were eating breakfast.
The price I paid through booking.com was quite epensensive. I tried to book directly but found the main IHG website difficult and confusing.
I would like to acknowledge how friendly and helpful the staff were. They all made us feel very welcome. Large company chains can sometimes miss the mark when it comes to a more personable atmosphere, so it was especially nice to encounter such lovely staff.
Welcoming and very pleasant staff, great breakfast and a comfy room.
Just a small picky note - Shelf on which kettle was located could be higher, to ease leaning over it.
