Excelente habitacion y desayuno, servicio mejorable.
Pros:

La habitación nos encanto, muy cómoda y agradable. El desayuno fue otro de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: rico, variado y con detalles que se agradecen, como la posibilidad de prepararte un tupper con algunas cosas para llevar.

Cons:

El servicio de botones y recepción nos decepcionó bastante. Llegar con mochilas y maletas y que nadie se acerque a ofrecer ayuda es algo que no esperas en un hotel de esta categoría. En general, disfrutamos mucho de la habitación y del desayuno, pero la atención recibida a la llegada y a la salida, no estuvieron a la altura de las expectativas que genera un hotel de este nivel.

Em Las Condes é uma ótima opção. Perto de alguns dos melhores restaurantes de Santiago.
Pros:

A localização é fantástica. O ginásio também é bom. O pequeno-almoço completo.

Cons:

A piscina é boa, mas falta um local confortável para exposição solar. A recepção também não tem o glamour de um hotel Ritz-Carlton.

Clásico, limpio, old money vibes.
Pros:

La atención, el personal súper atento, te sientes como un rey desde el principio, solucionan todos tus problemas con la mejor disposición, la gente del desayuno extremadamente atenta y amable, realmente no estábamos seguros si valía la pena porque nos hemos quedado muchas veces en el hotel Mandarín oriental pero este hotel superó todas mis expectativas.

Que no haya aparecido que lo estaban remodelando pero tampoco generó bulla ya que estaba todo impecable

Замечательный персонал, отдельное спасибо Марти! Все очень навязчиво, при этом есть все:) очень удобно, что есть и ванная и душ! Прекрасные кровати и подушки, отдельно отмечу шикарный завтрак! Разнообразный и очень вкусный, также хотела бы отметить Ирину, которая встречала нас за завтраком и прекрасным сервисом и улыбкой сделала весь день:) обязательно вернемся! Очень удобная локация:)

Personal muy amable. La piscina temperada espectacular. El desayuno muy bueno también.

Cons:

El baño podria haber estado un poco más limpio. La TV podria ser más moderna, no tenia opción de streaming. Aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso. No encontramos frazadas.
