Pros:

in general the hotel was great, staff on arrival friendly and efficient. check in smooth. Bar staff friendly. Welcome staff for breakfast ok

Cons:

Breakfast. Was shown to table, breakfast area explained. I grabbed a coffee, then a juice and headed to the hot food counter. Put 2 bits of toast on, returned to the chef who was just finishing an omelette. He plated the omelette and disappeared out the back (despite acknowledging me). when he returned some 5 minutes later I requested 2 poached eggs to go with my toast, bacon and Sausage. Chef asked where I was sitting and said he would bring over. Sat and waited another 5 minutes and noticed the waiter delivering lots of other orders for people who had arrived and ordered after me. Concluded the poached eggs would not be coming, so I ate my now cold bacon, Sausage and toast. so not a great experience.
