Good room; poor service at breakfast.
Cons:

When we arrived at 7 a.m. for breakfast, many items (eggs, bacon, milk) were gone and needed replacement. We asked the breakfast attendant several times if/when there would be more added and she was curt and not very responsive. We sat in a room full of travelers holding plates waiting for eggs and bacon to emerge. It took 30 minutes.

Great staff. Suite with 2 beds and pull out sofa was plenty of space for family of 4!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Coffee was good too. Staff was struggling to keep breakfast food stocked because guests were eating it up!!

Cons:

There was a stain on my sheets but that’s my only complaint. Pool was smaller than expected.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Very pretty outside.

Cons:

Cranky morning shift people. No breakfast. Pancake machine kept breaking. Dirty elevator floors. Air didn’t work until the next morning. Pool was too small

Cons:

The bed covers, duvet, and sheets were not clean. It was obvious that they had not been changed since the previous guest. There was a noticeable odor, and there was hair on them as well

It meet our expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing for hotel breakfast. There was so many options, the ladies who did breakfast were very friendly and always checking and refilling stations. The rooms were very clean and pet friendly. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Location was perfect, we were close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Our neighbors across the hall were screaming late at night, that was our only negative experience.

Pros:

We really liked the room and the outdoor sitting area

Cons:

The breakfast was not stocked while we were there and all 3 mornings we ate there we had to wait a very long time for items. It was a bit disappointing.
