Séjour nul
Pros:

Very deceived
Pros:

I have to start this review by stating that all staff we spoke with were friendly and efficient, this review does not reflect
On any of them at all.
The hotel is tired. The furniture is shabby and old. It is no welcoming and looks old and dark.
We paid for an upgrade to a suite and we’re out in a room enabled for disabled occupants on the ground floor. The room was big with odd furniture. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a sofa which was comfortable. There was a desk with a computer chair. A fridge which was useful. No bedside tables just a shelf and a unit with two open storage holes. The wardrobe was a small open gap that also housed the ironing board. We spent our 10 days living out of our suitcases, this wasn’t ideal at all. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom. When using the hairdryer ( which was Like something from the 60’s with a weird holder) you had to sort of balance the holder on the sink to dry your hair. The bathroom was a wet room. The floor was made up of what looked like polished concrete complete with marks and cracks.
The air con done its job but it was noisy and was wired in with a weird exposed socket.
Breakfast was served in a room with furniture that looked like it had been bought from a 50s diner. The choice for cold was cereal, bread, bagel, and some form of pastry, yoghurt and apple, banana. Hot if you were early enough was scrambled egg and fried potatoes if you weren’t lucky you had kidney beans. All served on paper plates, paper bowls and tea or coffee in paper cups. Oh and wooden cutlery.
The furniture in the reception is threadbare and marked from use over time.
The location of the hotel is okay and is only a short walk to the metro.
We have had a lovely holiday but feel very very deceived by the hotel website. I would not stay again and would not recommend it. It has put me off the hotel chain.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Mixing of egg and sausage under one cover. Keep the egg in a separate tray for the breakfast separate from the sausage. This is 3rd time I’m here but same practice even I mentioned before. Inform me back if you fix that otherwise I’ll try some other hotel next time, thanks
