Lovely place highly
Pros:

Good, with a few caveats
Pros:

The pluses: Location is great, right near Regents Park, tube stations, shopping. The room was small but modern, lots of outlets and USB ports so no problem keeping all my gadgets charged. The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern. I enjoyed the welcome cookie and also the shortbread cookies at the tea station in the room.
I only had breakfast one day, and it was fine - not amazing, but definitely solid. I didn’t understand why they felt it necessary to have a portion of the buffet not included in the continental. I mean, if you want to have layers of service, fine, but there wasn’t that much hot food that was excluded from the continental and it seemed like more work explaining to me what was and wasn’t included. More work than I’m going to do before coffee anyway.
The hotel WiFi was generally ok but it did go out on me one night.
I did have a problem with the room tv - it wasn’t working when I checked in, which I the front desk mentioned and asked if it would be a problem. No, I literally NEVER turn on the TV in a hotel. Well, the second day I returned in late afternoon and the housekeeping had turned on the TV at fairly high volume and there was no way to turn it off - no remote in the room and no switch or ability to unplug it. I had to call the front desk, who to their credit were VERY helpful and got it sorted ASAP. But it was frustrating for me that it was left on like that, and deprived me of the only chance I had to rest that day. So, kind of a bummer.
Overall, though, clean and comfortable and well located - I’d stay there again.

I highly recommend looking at other hotels nearby that are both cheaper and better managed.

Nothing at all. Except the location.

Cons:

I booked a 6-night breakfast and dinner package, but the food experience was highly disappointing due to undisclosed restrictions:
Breakfast: Very little variety. Fried eggs are the only made-to-order option included; everything else incurs an extra charge.
Dinner: The menu is incredibly limited, and guests are strictly restricted to only two options.
None of these limitations were clearly stated on Booking.com at the time of reservation. Would not recommend the dining packages.

The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I don’t know why this hotel only gets a 3.8 rating. We found the hotel to be ideally situated as it was literally around the corner from the Marble Arch underground station, and close to good shopping in the area. The rooms were more than adequate. Not fancy, but the beds and pillows were comfortable, there was ample storage space, and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated.

The staff was outstanding particularly Nathaline, Shubham, Yash, Maroun, and Vivek. They took good care of us at check-in, at breakfast each morning with freshly prepared eggs, and with directions when needed.

I would absolutely stay here again.

Wish to stay here whenever I visit London
Pros:

An excellent hotel in all aspects, perfect central location, excellent friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and a really rich breakfast with a wide variety
Its my second stay here and I really hope its not my last
