It was good I didn't regret for choosing it
Pros:

The breakfast was very good i really enjoyed it. However, the lunch meal I ordered for was a disaster. So i decided to be eating my lunch from outside. I ordered for rice and chicken and I didn't like it at all. I paid 34 pounds for it without eating it.

Cons:

The bed size was small but I was told by a friend that almost all UK hotels have small beds I noticed thier bedroom shower area was equally not too spacious. However, tbe place was very clean, best customer service and good location

We went to the hoAbsolutely Disgraceful Experience – Completely Unprofessional

I booked and fully paid for this hotel from 26th to 30th August before travelling from Dubai. I arrived early morning on the 27th expecting to check into a room that I had already paid for from the previous day.

To my absolute shock, the receptionist told us that because we had not physically checked in on the 26th, they had treated us as a “no-show” and given our room to someone else. How does it make sense to resell a room that was already fully paid for without properly handling the existing reservation?

What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the receptionist and the lady manager. Instead of professionally resolving the problem, they were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful.

Most concerning of all, we were told to cancel the Booking.com reservation and make a new booking directly with the hotel. This immediately raised serious concerns for us about how the situation was being handled. After already taking payment for our original reservation and giving away the room, asking us to cancel and book directly was completely unacceptable.

They then told us they would deduct one day’s payment and that we should not expect a proper refund. So we travelled all the way from Dubai, had already paid for four nights, arrived expecting our accommodation, and were instead left dealing with this mess early in the morning.

This was one of the worst and most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. The way the reservation, payment and customer service were handled was disgraceful.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel be extremely careful with advance payments and reservations and keep complete records of all booking confirmations and communications.

Great location for a long weekend, little run down feel though
Pros:

It was an OK room, the beds were comfy and clean. It had one single and one double bed and the double bed was (two beds pushed together) so comfortable for two adults. Staff was pleasant and respectful as well.

Cons:

The carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and the bath/shower was a bit run down.
