Very very miserable

Getting three new rooms for three days and getting habituated to the new normal for next two days.

Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

1. Bed bugs, they almost killed me during the sleep.

2. They provided two beds instead of the single double bed I requested.

3. Lift was not working

4. The bath towel provided was not clean. The pillow covers were also not clean and changed only after I requested.

5. AC was barely working, as it was not able to cool the room entirely.

6. TV was also not working

I booked Fab Hotel GRK comforts and paid full amount on 9-Apr-26 and got confirmation for 11 to 13 -Apr-26 stay. But on 11-Apr-26@1pm, I got a message that my accommodation is relocated to third rated hotel in a far away place from my work planned. I was already on my way to GRK comforts and in the reception it was informed no accommodation booked in my name. Then I showed message confirmation and understood FAB Hotel partner has cheated me by not booking in GRK comforts from day one onwards and simply sent me a message that relocated to a third rate hotel. Then I tried for FAB customer care and it was not working /no proper response from FAB / rude response also noted from FAB. Then I decided to make cheating complaint to police and called my local friend ,When my local friend came, the hotel owner Ms.Srisha also came and she understood the problem n sorted out and arranged for my stay here. I thank GRK comforts team for making stay smooth there.

Cons:

FAB hotel partner is fraudulent in taking payment for costly hotel and then assigning to cheap hotel secretly. We book via booking.com to make hassle free travel and stay.
Booking.com has to take action on FAB and give feedback on this.
