Tecnico elettricista poco empatico ed educato (è intervenuto senza un saluto, ha risolto il problema ma.... nessuna spiegazione, senza totale di empatia...
Poca attenzione del personale che ha riordinato il servizio igienico, in particolare nel ripristino degli asciugamani, del sapone per il bidè, del rotolo della carta igienica. Mancanza di appendini in bagno e di una mensola. Insomma, si può migliorare molto...
