Quite pleasant.
Pros:

It's in the city center and near the subway. Very convenient location. Several malls nearby.

Cons:

Facility is a little bit old. Price is high but it's the same everywhere in Europe.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel, je recommande
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de la ville, chambre très confortable qui possède une baignoire c'est très agréable. L'entrée de l'hôtel est super belle et les prestations sont très sympa, bar en libre accès avec des boissons détox, des fruits, il y a également un endroit pour acheter des boissons ou un peu de nourriture.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit lorsqu'on est dans les chambres, des personnes qui rentrent tard dans la nuit qu'on entend passer et discuter dans le couloir.

À peu près tout
Le lieu est vieux, les couloirs sont sombres, la chambre est sombre.
L’entrée… 3 escaliers, pas de rampe pour faire rouler la valise, personne pour aider.
Un personnel présent qui ne sert pas à grand chose, en tout cas pas aidant. Ma compagne était malade, nous avons demandé de l’aide en appelant un médecin, ils nous dit de nous débrouiller en appelant le 112. On en est resté là, c’est la 1ere fois que cela nous arrive dans un hôtel!

Pros:

Hotel com boas instalações em local central conveniente de Roterdã.

Cons:

A fachada do prédio não é convidativa e exige adaptações nas janelas. O quarto não tinha janela dupla e houve bastante ruído à noite que poderia ser evitado com esquadrias adequadas.

Unfortunately, the window overlooked a rather bleak inner courtyard at the back of the building. With no pleasant outlook, the room had a somewhat gloomy atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring Rotterdam. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is of very good quality. The staff were the highlight of our stay friendly, welcoming, professional, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was also clean and well organized.

Cons:

The check-in time is inconvenient, as guests cannot access their rooms until 3:00 PM. The rooms feel outdated, and the beds are not very comfortable. Considering the condition of the rooms, the price is relatively high. Water service was disappointing; we were three guests and received only one 1-liter bottle of water on the first day, with no complimentary water provided afterward. In addition, our room was not cleaned on the last day of our stay
