No funcionaba la caja fuerte de la habitación y subió una persona de recepción para comprobarlo. No ofreció aguantarnos o cambio de habitación. Perdimos lo segundo y nos cambiaron a otra en una zona "no habitada" del hotel en una habitación mucho mas pequeña de lo que habíamos contratado, sin aire acondicionado y sin internet. Tuvimos que protestar otra vez en recepción y volver a la inicial. Trato poco presentable de esta persona. Conclusión: mejor no ir a un NH

Ontbijt, locatie en kamer waren goed.
Door de herrie op straat zaterdagavond/nacht slecht kunnen slapen. Het raam kon niet open blijven voor frisse lucht, maar er was geen airco als alternatief voor verkoeling. Ramen zijn oud en daarom ook niet erg geluidsdicht. Dus herrie was met ramen dicht nog goed hoorbaar.
De zeer centrale ligging, de netheid, het super vriendelijke personeel en het zeer uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. Wij kregen bij aankomst zelfs een upgrading naar een appartement! Was top! 👍🏼

De kamer was uitstekend, een ruime kamer met een heerlijk ligbad.
De kamer lag aan de kant van de Coolsingel waardoor er wat meer lawaai was dan bij andere kamers in het hotel.
Locatie foarte buna, mic dejun foarte bun, foarte curat.
Compania aeriana mi-a pierdut bagajul, care a ajuns la hotel a doua zi după amiază. Nu am fost anunțat de personalul hotelului. Am intrebat a doua seara la recepție dacă a sosit bagajul, pentru ca am primit mail de la curier ca s-a livrat la 18.37. Mi s-a spus ca a sosit un bagaj, dar pentru altă camera. A treia zi dimineata am intrebat din nou si mi s-a dat.
Bom pequeno almoço e localizaçao
ascensore si è bloccato e ho dovuto attendere a porte chiuse al piano più di 5 min per avere una risposta alla chiamata di emergenza
From the time you entered the hotel you felt very welcomed. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. The check in was very quick. The room was cleaned at the highest standards. Bed very comfortable. You had a kettle as well as a coffee machine. The bathroom was equipped with everything to enjoy your stay. The breakfast had a selection of hot and cold dishes. Everything to fill you for the day. A special thanks to the breakfast staff being so helpful and informative. Walking distance not far from the train station and to the river. Perfect base. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I will be back to enjoy your hospitality once again. Thank you
