Super Lage, aber sanierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Das Hotel liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Gare du Nord und mehreren Metrostationen. Es gibt einige nette Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, außerdem ist man zu Fuß schnell in Montmartre. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Rezensenten haben wir das Viertel auch nicht als unsicher empfunden.

Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich groß, aber sauber und für 2 Nächte völlig okay. Das Bett war bequem, aber etwas kurz. Ich hatte im Vorfeld um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Von der Straße hörten wir im 5. Stock nichts, die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zum Flur und Nachbarzimmer war es schon hellhöriger.

Während der Mitarbeiter beim Check-In uns ohne viel weitere Informationen den Schlüssel in die Hand drückte, war der andere Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und erklärte uns den Weg zu einem Supermarkt in der Nähe. Frühstück hatten wir keins, ein paar Häuser weiter ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Cons:

Warum die schlechte Bewertung? Das Hotel ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Beim Anblick der Heizungsrohre war ich froh, dass es Sommer war.

Durch andere Rezensionen hatte ich schon damit gerechnet, dass das Badezimmer klein ist und die Dusche evtl nicht geschlossen. Womit ich aber nicht gerechnet hatte, war, dass es überhaupt keine Duschtasse gab, sondern nur einen Abfluss in der Mitte des kleinen Raumes, in dem auch Waschbecken und WC untergebracht waren. Bei dem Preis ziemlich dreist.

Außerdem waren in der Decke mehrere lange Risse, die sich vielleicht mal ein Statiker anschauen sollte.

Hotel perfetto per visitare la città perché a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Gare Du Nord per raggiungere in modo diretto ed economico l'aeroporto con la RER B, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla collina di Montmartre e ottimo punto di passaggio di tutti i mezzi pubblici (bus e metro) per raggiungere il centro. Davvero da consigliare! La camera è molto piccola, ma regolare agli standard parigini. Non mancava nulla. Letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma pulito. E personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Check-in e checkout disponibile 24 su 24 (e per i turisti è fondamentale). Lo consiglio per confronto qualità/prezzo!

Für einen Urlaub in Paris in typischen Flair lohnt sich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall.
Pros:

Klein, aber fein. Startbahn und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres kleines Frühstück mit sehr leckeren Croissant.

Le charme de l'ancien
Pros:

L'hôtel a un petit côté ancien tout à fait charmant ! Tout est très propre et bien entretenu, le personnel est agréable, avenant, le petit déjeuner sur place vaut le coup, tout est à volonté et de bonne qualité. Les chambres peuvent paraitre un peu petites, notamment la salle de bain, mais c'est amplement suffisant pour deux personnes. De plus, elles sont très bien isolées, une fois les fenêtres fermées, le calme est complet. L'hôtel est idéalement situé très proche de la gare du Nord, parfait pour un city trip.

Cons:

La salle de bain très petite, mais c'est un infime point de détail qui n'a eu aucun impact sur notre séjour. Elle était très propre, la douche avait un bon débit et une bonne température, nous n'en demandions pas plus.

Es war für den kurzen Paris-Trip eine vollkommen adequate Unterkunft, Preis Leistung standen in gutem Verhältnis und das

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig und die Strasse relativ laut. Nun war es sehr heiss und wir mussten die Fenster öffnen was die Strasse mehr zur Lärmquelle gemacht hat als bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
