Pros:

The reason the stay in Third Street Inn was exceptional was because of the very nice lady at the front desk - she was exceptional. We were a motorcycle party of 6 but 2 were unable to travel and she worked with booking .com (even lending me her personal phone to call booking.com) to get us a refund for those two rooms. She chatted with our group and set us up with great rooms on the ground floor so we wouldn't have to be hauling our gear upstairs! We got there late but she sorted us out with menus for food at the restaurant across the street before they closed. The weather was horrible (cold and rainy) and she totally worked with us to help us get into the warmth and out of the rain asap - she was awesome! Please give her a good raise at the next review!

Excellent location in a wonderful place to visit.
Pros:

Location is excellent, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking is plentiful and easy. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom is small and the shower door hits the toilet seat, awkward design. The guest laundry washing machine did not work well. Only one entrance is usable for entry and exit, which was a bit frustrating, and seemed like that may violate a fire code.
