Somewhat frustrating
Pros:

Clean, comfortable

Cons:

Fronr desk staff was flustered and somewhat curt. She was alone and it was busy. We had an issue with our booking. When the booking agent was trying to call her, she wouldnt take the call, kept putting him on hold. Could benefit from customer service and multitasking instruction.

Pros:

Larger double queen room super clean and very comfortable friendly and accommodating staff. Walking distance to everything

Cons:

The only thing I didn't care for is that our room was part of connecting rooms and we could hear the people in the other suite very clearly. Other than that a great place.

Pros:

The bathroom shower was new as well as the bathroom counter, sink & faucet, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.The continental breakfast was nice with quite a few choices. The location was just a few blocks from the waterfront of Payette Lake, which was conveniet.

Cons:

The way that the shower door opened drained water on the floor. The pillows.on the bed were too small. The couch was worn out and not comfortable.

Will be back super clean rooms pool was hot!!
Pros:

Location in the middle of town breakfast was amazing staff is great!! Thanks ALICE!!! made all special requests and was Able to give us a snack after late arrival

A nice enough hotel but they really skimped on the bathroom 👍
Pros:

The hotel was in a nice location and had a nice breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was way too small and was difficult to walk in and close the door without hitting the toilet. Very small amount of room to maneuver around in. Although the shower was a nice size, the shower door opened out..instead of in…which caused even more of a space issue, with the toilet right there! 😩. Much to be desired, I’m afraid!

Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I would have preferred a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and hash browns. Coffee was on the weak side.
