High Class
Pros:

I like the fact it was in walling distance to many important sites. Loved how the hotel was on the corner of the screen. Very elegant and look beautiful from the moment you walked it.

We loved being downtown at the Hyatt Place in Tulsa. The rooms were modern, clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

DISAPPOINTING DUE TO ADVERTISED AMENITIES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED.
Pros:

THE BEDS WERE COMFY, ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. CHECK IN EASY.

Cons:

MY MAIN ISSUE IS THAT I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE WEBSITE STATES THE BAR AND RESTAURANT WERE OPEN TIL 11PM ON SATURDAY NIGHT. THE MAJORITY OF THE HOTEL WAS THERE FOR THE SAME CONCERT EVENT. WE EVEN ASKED THE BARTENDER BEFORE WE LEFT AND HE TOLD US OF COURSE IF A BUSY NIGHT WE STAY OPEN LATER THAN 11 EVEN. AS SOON AS THE CONCERT ENDED I EVEN CALLED (WE HAD A UNDER 10 MINUTE WALK BACK). IT WAS 10:15 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE COOK AND THE BARTENDER BOTH DECIDED TO CLOSE JUST BEFORE 10!!!!!! WE WERE STARVING AND OBVIOUSLY SO WAS MOST OF THE HOTEL! UBER EATS FINALLY GOT FOOD TO US AROUND 12:15 A.M!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE!!!

Amazing staff
Pros:

This hotel was a great place to stay. The location was amazing. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was the plus. They were all very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay there again and I will recommend it to anyone staying in Tulsa.

The goal was very nice. The only issue is the parking downtown. Spaces are at a premium and I would much prefer to park on site in a hotel parking lot.

Great location, great experience.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location relative to the BOK Center. We walked to a concert, had a great time, and walked back to the hotel. The staff was kind, breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Bought an extra hotel room for no reason
Pros:

I was supposed to be in a double queen. Was placed in single king. Was told it was the only option available. I got online and bought a single king for myself and was placed in double queen that was supposedly unavailable and I didn’t request or pay for

Average Experience
Pros:

The hotel is nice overall. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud. I had it set to 69 degrees and it never got below 75 degrees. The body wash in the shower was never filled the four days I stayed there.
