Pros:

Excellent location and roof top is a bonus with gorgeous views of the old town. We were sad to leave.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this hotel if we return to Salzburg.
Pros:

The staff was excellent; very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent.

Cons:

My wife felt the room was a little tight for 2 people but definitely was workable. The off sight parking lot was a bit of a walk and I was fortunate to get the last available space.

Very disappointed with the staff and service
Pros:

Cons:

The staff were not accomodating and even when we made a complaint they tried to hide it from the manager who never contacted us to discuss the issues
Very disappointed by the staff at the roof top bar as they were very rude and discriminating
And we chose not to dine there due to their behaviour

Pros:

Fantastic location. Right near the bridge that leads to Old Town. Very helpful staff who gave us very good advice.

Rooftop restaurant with great views. Excellent sauna with great music playlist.

Excellent amenities in the room we had (Junior Suite) including coffee tea soft drinks water

Cons:

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Desayuno en el roof top , espectacular.

Cons:

Como critica constructiva, Si contratas con desayuno, no está bueno que tengas que dar propina al personal .
También como crítica constructiva, haría los arreglos florales con flores naturales o no pondría nada.
