Pros:

I arrived early and was looking for an early check. The front desk staff are so great and helpful. They held my luggage until they had a room ready for me to check in. I wanna give a shout out to Amanda for doing everything to accommodate my request. Breakfast is a delight Lolie has great service.

Pros:

Wonderful service from the beginning including the check-in process! Miss Angelina & Loly stood out with their liveliness and joyful expression. On top of the rooms being clean and having a delicious breakfast you cant beat the price and convenience of the location, close to the pier and hwy for an easy getaway.

Wonderful stay. Antonio and Venessa kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked with hot food every morning. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you for your welcoming smiles while I was away from home.

Great stay
Pros:

Great stay with friends and family. The location of this hotel is perfect just minutes away from the beach and so many food options nearby, our favorite was Tuk Tuk tai. The front desk made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in and the housekeeping always friendly. Rooms are big and clean! Highly recommend this place.

Pros:

Hotel needs maintenance. Bath door not closing properly. Beds are worn. TV is OK.

Location is OK but challenging as no drop off on main street.

Parking is tight.

Slow elevator and only one for everything including service.

No housekeeping on Wednesday.

I can go on but will simply stay elsewhere next LA visit.

Pros:

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. A special shout‑out to Angelina and Loly, who took incredible care of us during breakfast. They made sure we had everything we needed—no small task when you’re managing four kids. Their kindness and attention made our morning so much easier and truly stood out. Would definitely stay here again

Cons:

I wouldn’t walk by myself at night directly around the hotel. Once you walk towards little Osaka it’s totally fine, but right around the hotel I felt a little uncomfortable to be alone at night.

Pros:

It was fine and predictable for a Holiday Inn property.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and typical of a Holiday Inn property.

Cons:

It appears that I have additional charges on my final bill/folio that I was not informed of. I am not impressed with that.
