If we stay again t will be mid week, never on the weekend.

close to airport, nice grounds, good food , very nice staff

Cons:

There was an ongoing massive pool party all weekend, and the pool areas were completely taken over, no loungers or any place to relax and too many children in the pool to swim. We booked for the pool and couldn't get into it

Pros:

The breakfast options were diverse and the staff at the restaurant was incredibly kind and helpful. I liked the egg station and being able to access pastry options.

Cons:

The infrastructure of the rooms was extremely poor. For the high price of the room, the experience was worse than a hostel. The bathrooms didn't feel clean and the toiletries were poor. The overall furniture and room design felt so out of place for the price. The staff was diligent but some of the reception staff didn't seem to be trained in customer service. They didn't even try to offer help in English, and just expected us to understand what they said.
