Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

Der Buchenhof ist aus dem ehemaligen Wohnhaus des Malers Hans am Ende entstanden. Das Haus ist in einem familiären Stil eingerichtet mit guten alten Möbeln und auch mit originalen Bildern und Kunstwerken des Malers. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker zubereitet.
Der Buchenhof liegt am Fuße des Weyerberges direkt neben dem Barkenhoff, dem ehem. Wohnsitz Heinrich Vogelers.
Das Haus ist relativ zentral gelegen, durch den Abstand von 30 - 40 m von der Hauptstraße aber dennoch ruhig.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal, das Frühstück und die frühlingshafte Blumenwiese im Garten!

Cons:

Es gab erst ab 8 Uhr Kaffee, deshalb hätten wir mindestens gerne einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gehabt.
