Do not stay here if you need 3 people in a room!
Pros:

The location was decent.

Cons:

Beds are rock hard.

The Disabled Lift was out of action.

There is mould and limescale in the bathroom.

The shower is so weak you can barely wash the shampoo out of your hair!

If you are a 3, you are placed right next to the lift and all you hear all night is the lift going up and down as the shaft is in your room and people talking outside the lift… you get a slight break between the hours of 1am and 5am so 4 hours sleep!
Two of the worst nights sleep we have ever had, I went to reception to try and change rooms and he said we were a three so they are all by the lift, asked for a refund to I could move to a different hotel and they said no!

A crying 3 year old every night isn’t the best way to spend a weekend away!

On check out I was asked how my stay was to which I replied ‘it was horrendous’ the receptionist replied oh that’s lovely to hear, so their english isn’t great either!

Aangenaam hotel met ruime kamer
Pros:

Perfect gelegen in het hart van Reims, maar toch heerlijk rustig. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, met de mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer zijn zeer ruim en de badkamer beschikt zelfs over een Japans toilet. Ook erg handig is de veilige fietsenstalling in de ondergrondse garage.

Cons:

We hebben bij het ontbijt geen champagne gezien. We hebben er eerlijk gezegd ook niet specifiek naar gezocht, dus het kan best dat we het gemist hebben. Maar in een champagnestad als Reims zou het natuurlijk wel een leuke extra zijn.

Excellent overall
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Well mannered, courteous and patient staff. Room and overall premises were well kept and very clean. Breakfast and restaurant food were good and good value-for-money. Perfect location.
