Beautiful property
Pros:

Beautiful hotel that is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent right in the heart of town.

Cons:

Check in time is late - 4:30pm and checking in earlier was near impossible

Modern, clean, lovely design. Parking on site and great location for walking out.

Cons:

My sister thought the bathroom was a little dark and she needed a round shaving mirror for make-up and there wasn’t one.

Die Lage war perfekt, die Ausstattung auch. Das Frühstück war für ein 4Sternehotel angemessen.

Excellent location with confusing moments
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of Reims. Clean and comfortable room and good value for money.

Cons:

Check in was long and confusing. Staff did not take time to clarify the members of our party and ended up mixing rooms with a different booking. Check out was equally confusing where our credit card showed as charged but their systems did not update. They sent us a message a few days later saying they charged us again, which now resulted in two pending charges on our credit card. I'm sure this will all be cleared up but it was not the experience that we were expecting especially after our fabulous stay at the BW in Bordeaux and the upcoming excellent stay at the BW in Paris.

De ligging is goed

Cons:

Het feit dat de accomodatie niet meedeelde dat de straat voor het hotel op een bepaald moment met een slagboom afgesloten is ; laat dat nu net het moment zijn waarop wij toekwamen en het regende.
Beter communiceren is dus aangewezen.
