Buen alojamiento a 1 minutos de la playa
Pros:

Llegamos a las 5 de la mañana y nos recibieron con toallas húmedas para limpiarnos y zumo. Además, solicitamos un late checkout y nos lo concedieron sin recargo.

Amazing if they improve cleaning
Pros:

Amazing staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The pool was brilliant too and a really nice vibe. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. A fair price for what we paid.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. The bedding was clean but with stains. The bin was dirty. The lift really needed a clean. It’s a shame because the staff are amazing and so are the facilities but fair for the price.

Comfortabel hotel met mooie rooftop
Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim, modern en comfortabel. De rooftop bar is echt een unieke plek en zeker een aanrader om de zonsondergang te bekijken of rustig bij te komen na een lange vlucht. De ligging is ook prettig, met verschillende leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Ontbijt was ook echt prima. Voldoende keuze.

Cons:

De bediening in het restaurant tijdens het avondeten viel tegen. Het duurde erg lang voordat we ons eten kregen. Het eten zelf was prima, maar niet bijzonder genoeg om de lange wachttijd goed te maken. Ook sprak het personeel in het restaurant te matig engels.

Racist staff

Worst rooms in all of Negombo. The lift doors close so quickly my hand literally got cut because of it. I’ve stayed at Granbell and Wild Culture Yala which was 150 Dollars per night!! But no hotel was as racist as they are!!! Just because I’m an Indian they made me wait 10 minutes in the lobby to make sure I did not steal/misuse anything while I was staying there! Yet when it came to the Americans/Europeans they didn’t even make them wait.

No hotel in all of Sri Lanka has asked me to wait to double check whether I took something from them. How do they even have the audacity to think I would take their cheap ass shampoo? The beds are awful, made out of cheap spring. The mattresses were old. The female receptionist is a racist. I thought Sri Lanka was a beautiful country yet this racist hotel taught me no matter how nice India is to your country you guys have no traditions and manners.

Great Staff, Good Food and a Lovely Pool

The hotel was very clean, the food was good, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The pool looked excellent, although we did not have the chance to use it. .
