Я забронировала номер на троих взрослых.А получили номер с двумя кроватями и все принадлежности для душа,чая, полотенца)были на двоих.Это не трёхместный номер! После замечания нам поставили доп.кровать, полотенце для третьего не принесли.Мы переночевали и уехали

Toch wel teleurstellend voor het bedrag, ontbijt is goed.

Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Er is een ruim aanbod. We hebben hier erg van genoten.

Cons:

Dit is het eerste hotel, tijdens onze reis van 3 weken, waarin we zijn teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van het personeel. En dit terwijl het een van de duurdere (ivm laatste nacht voordat we vlogen) hotel was. Weinig flexibiliteit en meedenken.

We vonden de kamer naar rook stinken, het leek erop alsof er binnen gerookt was.

The breakfast was very good and varied, and the dinner was also elegant and delicious. In the evenings there was great music and lighting — we really enjoyed it.

Cons:

There was sometimes a strange smell in the elevator. But is was okay.:)

Ich hatte ein Basic-Zimmer nur mit Ventilator. Der Ventilator war recht laut.
Im Zimmer ist ein Teppichboden, was ich persönlich nicht so gerne habe.

The swimming pool location was good

Cons:

Staff are not trained well. It mentioned the beach front but the hotel doesn't have a private beach instead it was a general beach.
Food is average.
I ordered an extra water bottle at midnight but the reception requested me to collect it from the restaurant. So I went to the restaurant & paid money and collected the water bottle myself.
After all I am unable to judge hotels from booking.com according to the pictures provided.
