Comfortable hotel, good location
Pros:

Great location, very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows

Le lit est très confortable
Et le déjeuner est bon ,de bons produits

Cons:

L accueil pas très agréable et peu chaleureux. Beaucoup d ordres et de consignes.
Notre voiture gênait parce que l emplacement est réservé pour les clients ?????!?!!

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande
Pros:

La chambre et sa terrasse étaient tout simplement splendides. L'équipe s'est montrée particulièrement chaleureuse, attentionnée et accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner, généreux et parfaitement servi, a été un véritable plaisir. Les attentions réservées à nos chiens sont tout simplement incroyables, et la localisation est idéale.

Joli hôtel rénové au centre de Beaune
Pros:

La proximité du centre. Le petit déjeuner juste incroyable (produits locaux). Parking à disposition. Peut être juste les chambres un peu cher pour la période et la fréquentation. Le personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Nous avons été placé dans une première chambre où on a eu le malheur de trouver des mouchoirs dans notre lit ainsi que beaucoup de poils. Par contre, super réaction du personnel qui nous a direct changé la chambre et s’est excusé. La nouvelle chambre était impeccable.
