Déception: un mauvais 4 étoiles
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et confortables bien insonorisées entre elles. Nous n'entendions aucun bruit en intérieur.
Espace de piscine plutôt spacieux.
L'emplacement est bon car à 4 kms à pied de Cascais. C'est bien faisable tous les jours pour les courageux qui n'ont pas envie de prendre un véhicule.

Cons:

Malheureusement beaucoup de choses nous ont déçues pour un 4 étoiles.
Beaucoup de mobilier cassés (mobiliers de piscine: tous les fauteuils en piteux état, mannequins de décoration sans corps devant notre chambre, tapis de notre chambre déchiré).
Le linge de lit bouloché (drap housse qui n'a pas été changé en.7 jours).
Linge de salle de bain: effiloché ou troué.
Et sans oublier les serviettes de piscine qui sont toutes usées (fils, trous ou délavées).
La salle de sport qui fait 3m2 de surface avec 2 appareils. Impossible d'être à plus de 2 personnes et...c'est même de trop. Il fallait attendre son tour.
Aucune fenêtre et pas de climatisation, sport très difficile à faire quand la température atteint plus de 30°C dans cette minuscule pièce.
Le bar piscine qui n'était jamais ouvert: le temps était mitigé mais meme avec du soleil et du monde à la piscine ils n'ouvraient pas le bar...
Le personnel, à part un responsable qui était venu nous donné une petite attention en chambre et qui nous reconnaissait, tous les autres n'ont fait aucun effort. Nous sommes restés 7 jours et encore au 7ème jour on me parlait en anglais alors que je parle portugais. Aucun effort de mémoire de tout le personnel à différencier les clients.
A croire que nous ne sommes que des rentes financières...
Le personnel au petit déjeuner: les 2 maîtres d'hôtel (1 femme et un homme en alternance) étaient bien désagréables. Regardant leur montre toutes les 5 minutes et ne faisant pas beaucoup d'efforts pour satisfaire le client. Le petit déjeuner est jusqu'à 10h30 mais vers 10h ils ne font plus aucun réassort. Autant dire qu'il faut se dépêcher d'aller au petit déjeuner avant même 10h.
Pendant 2 jours ils n'ont pas voulu remettre de Pancakes car il était 10h00 comme ils m'ont répondu.... Inutile donc de proposer le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 dans ce cas...

Pros:

El personal del hotel fue lo mejor de todo. Muy buenos profesionales, atentos y eficientes. Nuestra habitación en el segundo piso con vistas a la piscina nos encantó. El desayuno es un bufé muy completo, vale la pena contratarlo. La piscina fue otra de las cosas que más nos gustaron. Con servicio de bar hasta las 19h. Servicio de toallas para la piscina gratuito. Tiene un supermercado bastante cerca, y varios restaurantes. La playa está a unos 10 minutos a pie.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo. Si tuviera que decir algo, añadiría un poco de luz a la habitación, por la noche nos quedábamos un poco demasiado a oscuras.

Pros:

O aroma dos espaços comuns do hotel é agradável sem ser invasivo aos sentidos.
A limpeza é irrepreensível.
Os funcionários são de uma simpatia e prestabilidade que merece ser denotada.
O guest relations, Sr. Francisco Pinto Basto, é de uma proximidade e cuidado que merecem ser destacados, muito preocupado em proporcionar uma boa experiência e responder da melhor forma às expectativas e com prontidão e proximidade, antes, durante e após a estadia.
A piscina está bem enquadrada e consegue-se ver o mar de alguns pontos da mesma. O terraço onde se encontra a piscina está junto de uma rua com Cedros do Atlas, é bomito o enquadramento das copas destas árvores que servem de poiso a diversos tipos de pássaros como melros, papagaios (mais raros mas eu pude ver), periquito de colar, rola do mar, pilrito das praias…com a envolvente do bairro de arquitectura ecletica e ainda o clássico de estilo francês e ex-libris o Hotel Palácio do Estoril, que é o rei de todos os hoteis no Estoril (e importante na historia do Estoril, a sua construção bem como do complexo termal foram importantissimos para a afirmação do Estoril como estância desportiva e termal num contexto em que em Portugal se fizeram movimentos nessa direcçao em cidades como a minha, Figueira da Foz, Póvoa de Varzim, etc).

O bar da piscina poderia encerrar mais tarde. Só funciona até às 19h

Magnifique, gentil et idéalement situé
Pros:

Un magnifique hôtel plein de charme, très propre, et idéalement situé. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel très avenant et très gentils, et plus particulièrement M.Francisco Pinto Bastos qui a été au petit soin pour nous, encore merci pour ce parfait séjour.
