Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Multiple reviewers praise that rooms and facilities are very clean, but several mention mildew or bad smells on arrival and concerns about non-daily housekeeping, so cleanliness is generally good but inconsistent.
Service
8.4
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (helping with forgotten items, providing disposable utensils on request), supporting a strong service rating.
Location
8.3
Location is highlighted as convenient for business (close to job sites, highway access, mall and restaurants) and parking is easy, making location a clear positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Beds and room size are frequently praised, but several guests note old/worn rooms, noisy or malodorous AC, mildew odors and the absence of usable cookware in kitchenette suites, so room quality is mixed.
Amenities
8
Breakfast, laundry facilities and parking are valued amenities; however kitchenette suites lacking cookware/utensils and occasional noisy AC lessen the amenities score slightly.
Value for Money
8.3
Guests frequently mention good price and strong value (included breakfast, free parking), supporting a positive value-for-money assessment.
Food and Beverage
8.8
The included hot/made-to-order breakfast is consistently praised (excellent, cook-to-order options), making food/beverage a particular strength.
Overall Experience
8
Overall stays are described as pleasant and repeatable due to clean rooms, friendly staff and strong breakfast, though occasional odors, noisy AC and missing kitchenette items temper the experience.

Would definitely stay here again despite the kitchenware being absent.
Pros:

The entire place was exceptionally clean. The bed was a dream and so comfortable that it was challenging to want to get up and leave.

Cons:

Would have appreciated any kind of cookware or food service and utensils in the room. Having a suite with a kitchenette but literally nothing to use with it seems silly and unnecessary. Yes there was a sign that said I could ask the front desk for a paper plate and plastic ware but again not entirely useful if cooking on the stove top burner.

great location, great value
Pros:

It has everything I need for a business trip. Facility is old but very clean, The hotel staff is helpful and provided extra items that I forgot to bring along. It's easy access to my room from the parking. It's easy access to highway and there's a mall and many restaurants close by. The bed is comfy.

Cons:

The A/C is loud but it works well

Pros:

Cons:
