great location, great value
Pros:

It has everything I need for a business trip. Facility is old but very clean, The hotel staff is helpful and provided extra items that I forgot to bring along. It's easy access to my room from the parking. It's easy access to highway and there's a mall and many restaurants close by. The bed is comfy.

The A/C is loud but it works well

Pros:

כל הצוות היה מאחד עדיב. בתקופה השנייה, אחדי שחזרנו למלון זה מכמה ימים מחוץ למדיסון. ביקשנו חדר בקומת קרקע (לאור הבעיה עם המעלית) וקיבלנו ללא שום בעיה.
למלון חנייה גדולה, ומקומת קרקע יש יציעה נוספת לחנייה, שהייתה קרובה לחדרנו.

Cons:

ביום האחרון של התקופה הראשונה (היינו שתי תקופות במלון זה) המעלית התקלקלה וזה הייתה בעיה עבורי (אני בת 80) וגם עבור בתי שהייתה צריכה להוריד מזוודות כבדות במדרגות.
לארוחות הבוקר מאוד היו חסרים לי ירקות.

Two Day Stay.
Pros:

The kitchen area was very clean. Also enjoyed made to order breakfast available until 11 PM.

Cons:

Faint mildew odor in room and hallway when first arrived. Room air conditioner rattled at night but still able to sleep.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Location and price were good.

Cons:

Need upgrade. Smell horrible inside of room. Not able to sleep, because of smell. And doors are closed very loudly from our neighbors.

Todo lo ofrecido, sin sorpresas ni buenas ni malas
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, sin extras. Habitacion en muy buenas condiciones de limpieza y de mayores dimensiones de lo habitual. Facilitaron platos y cubiertos descartables sin cargo. Estacionamiento cómodo sin cargo.

Cons:

No entiendo por qué el aseo no es diario. En tal caso deberia haber descuentos por estadías mayores a 1 día, ya que no hacen el acondicionamiento del cuarto. Tuvimos habitacion en PB y se escuchaban pasos y ruido de las habitaciones del piso superior.

Great stay in Middleton
Pros:

This is a great location! Lots of dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is not understaffed, which is nice, especially at breakfast. Breakfast is made to order! Room, lobby and breakfast area were all clean. It was quiet at night. We would most definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. They cooked on the spot. Beds were ok.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned when we arrived at 3 pm. We did not check in officially until after 3 pm. The employees were rude. The cleaners did not speak English, so you couldn't talk with them.

Will fit the bill if you're desperate.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The room smelled horribly like tobacco smoke (but like they were trying to cover it up), we had LOUD stomping above us in the middle of the night which hindered my sleeping, AND it was difficult getting the room to stay at a comfortable temperature. It was either too cold or too hot. The coffee was bad (very weak) and the non-hot breakfast didn't have good options. We didn't have time to wait for the hot breakfast.

Great hotel experience in an even greater location.
Pros:

The hotel is located near West Towne Mall which has a plethora of great shopping and all varieties of restaurants. It is very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. A made to order breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. We booked direct on BW app as we are members and it was less than $100 for a 1 night stay. Incredible value for a perfect hotel.
