Pros:

Staff very friendly, and helped me make sure I was enrolled in the rewards program, the stay was pleasant and will continue to go there, have been at least three years in a row

Being over 6ft tall they had hobbit toilets
When you walk bare foot on the floors you ended up with black feet not sure when they cleaned the carpets last

BEST WESTERN is always a safe bet when traveling.
Pros:

Facility is what I expected from best western. It was nice. I enjoyed my stay, staff was super helpful, nice, polite. I usually try to stay at best western I have always had good experiences there.

Cons:

It could be updated a little more. But still nice.

Only ate breakfast once - it had no appeal to me doesn’t compare to other BW rooms - had a very strong disinfectant smell - it was very close to downtown so that was what I liked best
