Pros:

The rooms were fairly clean and the flooring wasn't carpet. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators don't quite work. The stairwell was extremely dirty, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed and they were stained. The room had ants. There was constant smell of pot smoke on the third floor and outside near the pool area. There was quite alot of noise next door due to a water leak and some flooding in their bathroom - this was close to 11 at night. I told the staff about both problems and they seemed less than interested in solving them.

Zware tegenvaller, ondermaats.

De kamer op zich was ruim met 2 goede bedden, een wastafel en bad/douche en toilet. Wat je ervan verwacht.

Cons:

We zijn 3 nachten daar geweest. In die tijd is niet eenmaal de kamer gedaan, geen handdoeken vervangen, geen afval weggehaald en geen bedden opgemaakt. Meerdere keren bij de balie aangegeven, er kwamen niet eens excuses. We konden nieuwe handdoeken meekrijgen.
Met een gezin van 4 personen op de kamer is hygiëne wel belangrijk, die is ver te zoeken als er niks wordt gedaan. We zijn zelf het vuilnis maar gaan wegbrengen, want de mieren liepen al langs de muur naar de vuilnisbak. Waardeloos!
Het ontbijt was ook niet best. Geen fruit te bekennen, de yoghurt uit de automaat was zoet en chemisch.
Alleen eigen wafels maken en roerei waren wat we verwachtten. Uiteindelijk maar aan de overkant bij Denny’s gaan ontbijten.
Het hotel zat best vol met werklieden, dus ik denk dat ze toch wel vol zaten en het ze niet veel meer kon schelen. Zware tegenvaller en zeker niet naar Best Western standaarden die we gewend zijn.
Ook een schril contrast met hoe het er hier 8 jaar geleden aan toe ging.
Hier komen we niet meer terug!

Ant infested rooms, rude and incompetent staff and beds were horrible to sleep on. was double charged for a room and not issued a refund. Having to deal with management that needs documentation of everything and still no refund.
