Nice big room in prime location
Pros:

Nice big room, prime location, helpful staff.

Cons:

I was staying alone and I felt a little unsafe that there was nothing stopping people just walking in from the street up to the rooms. And the deadbolt was smashed off the door. However, when I told the staff this they did repair it the next day.

We enjoyed our stay and will come her again. We were able to bring our big dog and staff even gave him treats.

Perfetta posizione e camere comode e pulite 👍

Cons:

Camera un po calda ma abbiamo trovato un tempo molto caldo quella settimana… non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio perché abbiamo trovato posto in strada consiglio di girare un po!

Spacious room, nicely decorated. Large bathroom with walk in shower.

Cons:

A/C to small and too loud. Could not cool down the large room with 38°C temperature outside. As usual, poorly insulated windows so the noise from the street came through easily.

A lovely stay at the Iconic and charming Franklin Hollywood Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Greek and the Griffith Observatory. The Diner was fabulous and the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel is older and could use a little update
