Pros:

Great clean hotel for our quick overnight stay.

Cons:

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Starbucks for coffee in the AM. Very nice property.

Unexpected
Pros:

During our stay a water main broke so we had no water. Couldn't clean up after a long night at the fair. No toilet ! And we were there overnight. When we woke up the next morning still no water, shower, toilet etc... I called the front desk and ask for our money back. They said no. They offered a shower at their Sister hotel. No thanks, why would we pack up all our stuff,drive to a new hotel, unpack again? Just refund our stay please.

Pros:

I liked the location. We were able to walk to the concert at the fair.

Cons:

The only downside was that we had no water after our concert and up until the next morning. The main water line broke.
