I've stayed at other Best Western Hotels and they were good, not happy with this location!
Pros:

I was overcharged for the room from Booking.com. The first room we were given was very noisy, the 2nd room, ok. The room was clean, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. the scrambled eggs for breakfast were not fresh eggs, must have been powdered, not good.

will not stay there again, only due to the cockroaches.
Pros:

aside from the cockroaches and bathtub plug not holding water to allow us to use the jacuzzi, the room was relatively clean. and although the person at the front desk was not rude, he def could've greeted w/a smile.

Cons:

found 2 cockroaches in our room. one by the front door and one in the bathroom floor, when we came back from a concert around 2am.
