That placed place. Is there for your money? They don't give a s*** about the people who stay there

I liked it that it was on the beach side. But that's about it

Cons:

What I did not like was the showers were not clean inside the hotel. The staff at the front office were snoody as hell.
Their plan were set to get money out of you. No matter what the f*** y** did. There was a two hundred dollar cleaning fee if you were smoking and vaping outside in the parking lot or even out on the balcony, which was outside the room. They take a deposit from you for the room, which is a $100 after ive payed for my room online. Just to park in the parking lot you had to pay a $8 parking fee plus a $100 deposit just for parkin
Which we never got back, and they told me it was gonna be refundable. They had no smoking areas for any people who smoked. They did not respect people that smoked. They made by stand by the f****** road on a sidewalk. Because we were not allowed to be anywhere on their property, caught smoking or vaping, or we had to go all the way out to the beach. And it rained during my vacation. So when people go during it raining, they have to stand in the rain to smoke, or they have to pay $200 for a cleaner fee. The the deduct from ur form of purchase. Just from smoking outside which is f****** stupid
This place is not beneficial for everybody. And they do not give any of your deposits back. I do not recommend this place nor why I ever stay there again. I had arranged to stay there because my mom was having to have open heart surgery soon. So I took her out to the beach do have one last hurrah in memory before she has to go through surgery., and these people made it so difficult. The whole time we were there.

Good price, don’t plan to eat at on property restaurant they won’t ever wait on you
Pros:

I liked that it was on the beach, clean rooms, clean property

Cons:

We had to pay $8 a night for parking which was wild to me because it’s a best western. Then, the restaurant sucked. We tried to eat there twice no greeting or servers ever tried to take our order. Sat 20 minutes each time and there is ZERO air conditioning . Then there was a naked drunk man in the pool last night. For an hour. He was never removed. One of the elevators didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken in our room also.

Pros:

That it was on the beach , thats it .

Cons:

Pool was green .. room wasn’t what I booked .. I booked a king ocean front and Thats not what I got .. I also paid extra for breakfast and was denied and told I didn’t , I still haven’t gotten my deposit back yet and it was so nasty I had to go spend $80 on cleaning ahit to clean the room amd bathroom to even stay .

The cleaning was not professional, swimming pool is dirty.doesn’t look healthy Personal are not professional staying there one week for holiday 3 times personal at the reception has changed new guys are not knowledgeable, swing pool area rest room for man out of order for 7 days . Many places at pool area are left unfinished construction missing tiles

Don’t waste your money!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! My family and I spent two days here last week and this hotel needs a major upgrade! We booked a city view and our so called city view was the damn parking lot I don’t see how that’s a city view??? Our room was ok but had some safety issues. The bed sides had a stand in middle between the beds and on the floor was a board and you could tell it was cut out and behind it was a serious fire hazard with all these cords hanging out. The top part of the stand the outlets were broken and the outlet barely had a charge for my phone. There was a burnt mark on the floor by the little kitchen area. We had a small stove top area but they don’t provide you with any cooking items so if you want to cook you have to go buy yourself a pan or pot!!!! The bathroom seemed dirty especially the shower and the outlet cover was coming off which is another fire hazard. The carpet smells like pee I had to bend down to plug in my phone and it smelt so bad. We asked for a different room but were told there was none. I believe they have a lot of rooms that can’t be rented due to issues. My husband said the third floor smelled horrible he had to go up there for the ice machine and he saw a lot of issues up there. The pool area needs major tlc they gave caution tape over areas that they just ignored to fix along with the men’s bathroom my husband said there was caution tape on the urinal and it was super disgusting. The pool is also super cloudy and it looks dirty because of it. They don’t care to fix anything here and just throw caution tape on it and call it a day! I definitely don’t recommend staying here at all save your money and book somewhere else. Here our some photos I took of our room

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa zwłaszcza Pani na recepcji z niczym nie było problemu nawet jak drzwi od pokoju nie zamykały się odrazu dostaliśmy nowy pokój. Ręczniki czyste codziennie, naczynia do aneksu dostaliśmy po zgłoszeniu co potrzebujemy.

Szkoda że nie sprzątają pokoju codziennie.

Our stay was good as expected, will return again in the future.
Pros:

The rooms seem to be updated since the last time I went which was a good thing, they went from carpet to tiles inside the rooms which is a big plus. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The outdoor tiki bar has been removed. In the past we really enjoyed the tiki bars drinks being next to the pool.

Good accommodations awful check-in process
Pros:

We came here for a couples overnight getaway after finding a last minute good rate on Expedia. The check-in process took forever even though they said the room would be ready by 3 o’clock. They told us to keep coming back. We went back at 4 o’clock, and it was still not ready. I was about to cancel and finally they said the room was ready, but the lobby was hot and miserable with tons of people waiting around. NO AC!! The room itself was very nice. We were on the third floor with a partial ocean view and the room was very spacious and accommodating and had a nice view and the temperature was good in the room and in the hallway the pool itself was very nice, but the music was very loud, although the DJ was very good. The ice machine was not working and I had to go to the restaurant to get ice. There was an unexpected $8 parking charge. On site restaurant was nice.

The owner was rude. I was unable to check in on time. I waited two hours to check in then was threatened by the owner to refuse me my stay
when I was upset about being skipped by a new arrival who she tried to check in before me

Good stay but would have preferred more modernised facilities and decor.
Pros:

Room was not in great state. The lights did not work and there was paint crumbling on ceiling. Did report but these did not get fixed. Other than that the room size was good. The location was fantastic next to the beach. The staff were very nice, particularly Collin.

The pool size was fantastic although very exposed in the sun. There were no umberella's around pool loungers and these are essential given the intensity of the Florida sun.
