Pros:

The view, the location, the room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Upon checking in, Management left a desk clerk by herself that was only on her 2nd week. She ran into a situation with a "difficult" guest getting 4 rooms. She was overwhelmed by the situation and was visibly upset. She had NO ONE to help her. I waited in the lobby for over an hour, with the A/C not working, to get checked in. That clerk quit that day. I don't blame her, I blame management for leaving her by herself, and I tried to console with her to just relax, but that guest was very patronizing. I confronted him also about the situation and he chilled for the most part. Management totally mishandled that in my opinion. I was disappointed that the breakfast was changed from all you can eat buffet to a simple choice menu. The food was good, just would rather have a buffet variety of choices like it used to be. Other than that and the A/C in the lobby not being fixed ALL week, everything else was great.

We will definitely visit again, and stay here.
Pros:

It was clean and welcoming. The location was perfect! The room was clean and the AC worked great! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in the room.

Cons:

The only thing was the hot water in the shower was warm never got hot but overall the room was great.

Pros:

Close enough to the beach rooms were nice some of the outlets didn't work TV need to be replaced because it started to have lines in it

Cons:

The walls were thin and could hear the next ones over having a domestic dispute a few doors down someone was smoking marijuana

Made short time to be in room

Cons:

req no 1st or 2nd floor at time or reservation put on 1st floor right outside public door which was broke didn't need hotel key to access. no tp holder, large gap under door had to stuff it so being by outside door nothing crawled in. Was fearful in ground floor traveling alone was told my room could not be moved, freq smell of neighbors weed etc, Very disappointed in frequently used Best Western product

Cons:

The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom and we had 2 lights burn out and we let them know but he never came to change the bulbs like he said he would.
