Över förväntan!
Pros:

Tyckte den var toppen, bra utbud, många vegetariska alternativ. Fint uppställd!

Cons:

Personalen ni:ade en, det känns alltid lika tråkigt. Tycker ledningar på hotell och butiker ska sluta lära sin personal att säga "ni" till kunderna, det uppfattas inte alls som något trevligt eller att man blir väl omhändertagen, utan tvärtom! Att bli duad känns dels mer språkligt korrekt (det är många år sen vi hade du-reformen i Sverige) och dels mycket mer personligt, omhändertagande och vänligt. Så det var det enda dåliga - men lägger inte det på personalen utan gissar att de blivit uppmanade att säga Ni, så det här är feedback till ledningen.

Helt greit hotell med veldig god frokost, men får nok mer for pengene et annet sted

Cons:

Ganske trangt både nede i lobbyen, restauranten og rommet var ekstremt lite.

Pros:

Et koselig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet midt på Avenyn i Göteborg. Hotellet har et varmt og innbydende interiør, og vi trivdes veldig godt under oppholdet.

Frokosten var fantastisk, med godt utvalg og effektiv servering. Det var også et stort pluss med parkering i kjelleren og ladere til elbil. Parkeringshuset var litt trangt siden det var helt fullt, men det fungerte fint.

Vi hadde rom ut mot Avenyn og hadde lest på forhånd at det kunne være støy fra gaten. Det lå heldigvis ørepropper på rommet, og med dem hørte vi overraskende lite. Det var også godt lydisolert mellom rommene. Rommet var koselig og hadde behagelig temperatur. Gulvteppet og sjeselongen kunne kanskje trengt en liten rens, men ellers var rommet veldig fint.

Det høljeregnet da vi var i Göteborg, så det var ekstra hyggelig at vi kunne låne paraply i resepsjonen. Alle ansatte vi møtte var svært serviceinnstilte og hyggelige.

Baren serverte gode drinker, og glasshuset var en flott plass å sitte. Takterrassen åpnet på lørdagen da solen tittet frem, og den er absolutt verdt et besøk.

Alt i alt hadde vi et flott opphold, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
