Älskar atmosfären som medarbetare i harmoni med design och utbud ger mig som gäst.
Pros:

Frukosten är den bästa i Göteborg. Innerligt uppdukat och serverat.

Cons:

För varm på rummet. Fläkten på rummet låter för mycket så det blir svårt att sova sammanhängande.

Convenient, friendly and personal boutique hotel but in a noisy location.
Pros:

A great central location and very convenient for the city centre. The hotel has a nice unique feel, is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast too.

Cons:

The front facing rooms are so noisy from the street, nightclubs and trams. The hotel is aware and let me change room but the windows need to be better sound-proofed and could also do with curtains that fit to avoid light getting in.

Den mysiga restaurangen och läget kompenserade upp övrigt. men kommer nog inte boka här igen.
Pros:

Frukosten var jättebra. Väldigt mysig restaurang.

Cons:

Rummens std kunde varit bättre. väldigt slitet och luktade surt i badrummet. oxå dålig ventilation. väldigt starka dofter typ doftljus ända in på rummen, kunde ha dämpats lite. Fick ingen information om wifi.

Um Hotel de assinatura latina com organização escandinava.
Pros:

P/A diverso e boa qualidade dos produtos. A cama é boa. O Restaurante é muito Bom. A localização é excelente. O quarto de banho tem a dimensão apropriada e o sistema de chuveiro e a pressão da á tua são excelentes.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto é reduzido. A entrada do Hotel confunde-se com o restaurante. Não existe um lobby ou um espaço para se sentar, nem que seja para esperar pelas pessoas com quem se está a viajar.

Snyggt inrett med bra läge, men för stört av nattliv.

Cons:

För mkt ljud från nattklubb/bar som gjorde det svårt att sova fredag och lördag natt. Det hade gärna få framgå vid bokningen. Då hade jag valt ett annat hotell.

Pros:

Mycket fin god frukost. Men oljud ifrån diskot till kl 4 på morgonen. Mycket irriterande. Anmält mitt missnöje till reseptionen. Skulle återkomma under veckan om gottgörelse. Information

Obekväm säng, en seg personal i receptionen. Fick visa legitimation vilket aldrig hänt på någon annan hotellvistelse.

Kommer inte boka igen pga stöket
Pros:

Bra läge om man vill bo mitt i stan, nära till mycket och enkelt att ta sig runt. God frukost.

Cons:

Rummen är väldigt små och varma. Skruvade ner värmen så gott det gick. Fungerade inte att ha fönstret öppet pga ljudnivån på avenyn. Körde med en bordsfläkt hela natten men var ändå väldigt varmt.
Beställde i restaurangen nere på kvällen och fick inte allt vi hade beställt trots att vi meddelade personalen två gånger. Till slut gick vi ändå och när vi pratade med personalen då så sa dem att köket inte ”prioriterar” vissa saker som beställs när det är mycket att göra. Då tycker inte jag att det ska erbjudas på menyn. Dessutom tog det väldigt lång tid innan någon i personalen på restaurangdelen uppmärksammade oss när vi väntade på bordet. Såg personal gråta bland gäster.
Takbaren var det dåligt städat med toalettpapper på golvet utanför toaletterna så fort man kom utanför hissen.
Stökigt att kunna ta sig med hissen upp och ner mellan våningarna pga utomstående gäster som ska upp till takbaren, stod och väntade över 15 min på att få åka till mitt rum och lägga mig, varje gång hissen kom så var den full.
