Good location, very poor service and unfriendly hotel staff

Cons:

Staff was not attentive to guests at all. We were barely looked at and told to get a menu from somewhere ourselves when we asked politely where we could sit for a drink. Besides the bar tender, no one made us feel welcome there. Also after checking out and leaving the hotel we were not looked at as the hotel staff was too busy on their - assumed - private phones. Total noveau riche place with below average service quality. The location and interior warrant its four stars but the service is well below a four star hotel, two stars tops.

Lovely hotel, but unfortunately a very disappointing stay due to extreme noise and cleanliness issues.
Pros:

Great location and a nice overall atmosphere at the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our first night was extremely affected by noise from the bars and nightlife outside. We completely understand that some city noise is to be expected given the central location, but this was far beyond normal street noise and came straight through the windows. We were unable to fall asleep until around 4–5 AM.
We contacted reception during the night, but as the hotel was fully booked, they were unable to move us. We were offered another room the following day, but by then we had already lost a full night’s sleep and much of the following day of our weekend trip.
We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed linen was not properly clean, and we found old/used earplugs between the mattress and topper.
We raised the issues with the hotel during our stay and contacted them again afterwards. Unfortunately, more than a week later, we are still waiting for a response.

Atmosfären! Så vackert hela hotellet!
Såå fint bemötande vid ankomsten och superfin frukost

Cons:

Restaurangen stängde innan 21, så besvikna.
Sedan stängde baren strax efter 22 och inte så trevligt bemötande ang detta heller.
Så det blev en liten missräkning då vi hade ett barn sovande på rummet
