Everything bad staff bad roaches was in my room. I never got offered a new room. They assume I was offered, but never was. The manager was a liar. There was roaches in my room. The manager said it wasn’t straight lies. I have pictures. I pay 300 for a roast infested room the manager no one cared my money went to Waze. I will never in my life ever book here again racist I know people that’s their race and they gave for refund. When was something wasn’t right, but when it came to me African-American, they said they couldn’t. I have all pictures improved. very rude manager very rude staff. I will not recommend roach infested. They will act like they don’t see none when the roaches are crawling on walls and microwaves broad daylight you show them pictures. They still act like it’s not true once they go check the room, they can see a dead roach and act like they don’t see very very, very, very, very, very bad experience my worst experience ever and I’m deleting Booking.com and will never book here again and
Still never got a refund paid $300 for defective room and checked out two days early and I still got nothing

It was out of date and ran down in some locations breakfast wasn’t quite ready on time and not good quality
The price was great for 2 guys staying for a reunion. Also convenient to eateries.

Day and night staff was not very friendly
Stayed two nights and came in late Friday night could not get clean towels to take showers, three in our family , we was told no access to towels, asked for toilet paper was told no access to anything, I had to go in a family bathrm next to the front t desk and find a roll under the sink after was told wasn’t any in the same restroom.
the facility was smelling bad and the room was stinking smoke and we got a non smoking room
