Шумный кондиционер, невозможно уснуть! Плохая сантехника, вода в душе не течет, а капает, приходится мыть голову 30 минут что бы вымыть шампунь

Lo staff (non tutto), ma in particular la signora che abbiamo incontrato al desk e la sua "accoglienza"...nessun saluto al nostro ingresso per il check in, sguardo infastidito e puzza sotto il naso solo perchè eravamo due ragazzi rientrati dalla spiaggia. Ci ha accompagnato in stanza per spiegarci le ovvietà (forse aveva paura che la distruggessimo?), contro voglia e mezzo disdegno. A tutti può capitare una giornata storta, ma sicuramente non mi aspetto un trattamento del genere in un "Luxury Suites". Poco piacevole. Giusto per rassicurare la signora: lavoro come genetista in ospedale e le consiglio di rapportarsi diversamente in futuro con gli ospiti, perchè magari la prossima volta si può trovare davanti un Mystery Guest, l'abito non fa il monaco.

Purtroppo in camera era presente della muffa sul soffitto,ed anche un odore di umido/muffa

Hotel qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles pour les raisons suivantes :
* Suite qui n'est pas du tout une vraie suite, c est une mezzanine
* Pas de canapé dans la suite. Seulement une petite table et 2 chaises + un TV qui donne sur l'escalier...
* Pas d'ouverture à l'extérieur, quasiment pas d'aération
* C'est la réception qui gère la climatisation (eteindre, allumer, changer température)
* Réception souvent vide le soir (donc pas possible de gérer votre climatisation. ..) car la personne d'astreinte fait visiblement d'autres choses que la réception
*Jacuzzi au dernier étage payant (50€)
* Check-out à 11h ferme
* Personnel pas très souriant et accomodant

* Carrément pas d'ouverture à l'extérieur, quasiment pas d'aération, fenêtres teintées qui ne donnent sur rien
* C'est la réception qui gère la climatisation (eteindre, allumer, changer température)
* Réception souvent vide le soir (donc pas possible de gérer votre climatisation. ..) car la personne d'astreinte fait visiblement d'autres choses que la réception
*Jacuzzi au dernier étage payant (50€)
* Check-out à 11h ferme
* Personnel pas très souriant et accomodant

On a ressenti une tromperie.. Hotel qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles pour les raisons suivantes :
* Pas d'ouverture à l'extérieur, quasiment pas d'aération

The room did not have a window

The only minor downside was that the room felt a little small for us, especially since we were traveling with two large suitcases. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Det var ekstremt lytt, hørte kjøkkenkniven til kokken. Kunne høre hva resturantgjestene sa, og hva som vart sagt på naborommet, har aldri opplevd eit hotell som har vore så dårlig lydisolert. At jeg hadde bestilt rom med balkong, og det fikk vi ikkje. Det luktet sterk urin lukt på badet, ga beskjed på høflig måte, men fikk ingen respons i resepsjonen, luktet mindre etter romvask neste dag, men under hele oppholdet lukta badet eit snev flyplasstoalett. Dei var grei service, men ikkje slik du forventar på 5 stjerners hotell.

Unfortunately, our experience at Palazzo Salamone was extremely disappointing.
The most serious problem was that our room had no usable hot water. The water was only lukewarm, making it impossible to take a comfortable shower. After I reported the problem, a maintenance employee came to our room and insisted the water was hot enough. It was not. The following day, staff acknowledged that there was indeed a problem and attempted to adjust it, but they were unable to fix it. While I was discussing the issue with the manager at the front desk, another couple reported the same problem. The manager simply shrugged, suggesting that this was not an isolated incident and that little was being done to resolve it.
The problem was never resolved during our five-night stay.
We reserved what was advertised as the hotel's best room. While it did include a pleasant outdoor terrace, the interior was disappointing. The bedroom was upstairs, while the first floor consisted mainly of a hallway with a tiny table and two chairs that barely fit the space. It did not resemble what we expected from the hotel's top accommodation.
To make matters worse, the advertised hot tub was not operational.
My wife and I spent 30 days traveling throughout Sicily, and this hotel was our final stop before returning home. I chose it because it advertised itself as a five-star hotel with excellent amenities, and I wanted our last week in Sicily to be memorable.
Based on our experience, Palazzo Salamone fell far short of the standards that most travelers would reasonably expect from a five-star property. I cannot recommend it, and I would not choose to stay here again.
