I like specifically my room with the jacuzzi. So they respect when you book a room bcuz somewhere else when I book a special room they don’t give it to me they always say it’s not ready , and I paid for it so it’s really bad…. But at Ramada they don’t do that, you booked what you seen when you get there nothing change they get you same what you booked…. Good job Ramada staff

Our room wasn’t cleaned completely as there was glitter in the sofa bed and on the bathroom floor. The sofa bed mattress

Not very happy
Pros:

I been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years , this was our 4th year coming to stay with my family, we usually stay at week here with my kids so we can go yo hetshey park a few times and not have to drive home, we'll this time we went to check in on July 11th for 6 night ls and they lady at the desk told us we can't book that long anymore or we would lose our money, she said we would only be able to book 1 or 2 days next year, or we would lose all our money if we book next year for that long, we loved coming here and this is our 4th year and to be treated like that we aren't very happy, we love this hotel and never had trouble til now, with the lady at the desk, i don't understand why we can't book 6 or 7 days we paid and didnt give any trouble, we were quit, im not happy with how we were treated, the lady at the desk told me if we book for next year for 6 or 7 night we will lose out our money, i dont understand why, none of this is right at all,

Was in a somewhat convenient location, easy to get to food and shopping, close to Hershey park.

Cons:

Was run down, pool area was dirty old band aids on the ground, way to much chlorine eyes burn just sitting in pool room. Everything in this building needs to be updated. Located in the same parking lot as a condemned restaurant with shady folks smoking and drinking on the roof. Broken down cars and trucks all around the building. Looks like a run down ghetto.

The room had potential, but cleanliness issues and poor maintenance ruined what should have been a relaxing stay.
Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. The in-room jacuzzi tub had dirty residue coming from the jets, and the washcloth was filthy after I tried cleaning it myself, so we couldn’t use the tub. The lobby smelled strongly like sewage, there were no towels in our room when we arrived, and the freezer was iced over and unusable. Overall, the hotel did not appear to be well maintained, and it did not meet the expectations for the room rate.

Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay honestly overnight sure but long stay don’t do it !

You can see the potential they need training on cleaning and cleanliness period honestly.

Also hiring others who understand and speak English it’s hard to get your needs met because of the language barrier that’s not fair to the workers or guest. The workers try the best they can but it’s frustrating enough to deal with uncleanliness then to have to keep explaining what’s wrong it’s frustrating as hell honestly! Requested a bed be changed because hair nets aren’t worn when changing the linen so their hair is all over the sheets and every thing .I kid you not it took them bout two pairs to find a clean pair due to stains and when they did the guy threw his cell phone on the bed while making it up . My tv never worked in my room thankgod I brought my laptop . Requested clean towels that never came went to purchase some from Walmart and used there towels for the floor to get out of the shower . My husband and I had separate rooms so our daughters were in my room and he had our boys went to the car my room door stopped working of course he wasn’t comfortable with that went to the front desk at first they told him he’d have to wait until morning (what if that was our only room ?) they ended up changing the batteries. But it happened more than once again pleasant staff but they need serious training on cleaning man and language🤦🏾‍♀️

Leaky pipe and a midnight move
Pros:

The second night we stayed here the room above us’s jacuzzi tub started leaking into our room around midnight. My husband felt around on the ceiling and his finger poked through the drywall. More water started coming out. We approached the night clerk and his solution was towels even though it was a steady drip. We asked for another room, he wanted to move us next door but it was the same situation in there. At that point, we asked for a refund and that was denied. So we started calling nearby hotels. Then an hour later he came back and offered us a room on the third floor. It was 1 AM at that point and we had to move two kids up there. They still haven’t offered us to comp us that night. He didn’t even apologize and was very annoyed that we wouldn’t stay in that room. I also noticed they rented it the very next day & there’s no way that ceiling/pipe were fixed that quick.

The staff telling us we can't stay no more then 1 or 2 days starting next year, wasn't happy we go every year for 6 nights, not happy with how they treat us, when we come every year, we want to stay a week cause we go to Hershey park 4 or 5 times while were there
