My 2nd RM was ok , aside from the tub drip
The first RM was more fit for my bad knee but the jett tub was dirty and the carpet had a horrible smell
Todo, area del comedor y área de piscina y el lobby hermoso.
Que pedí un piso 2 y me enviaron para el piso 3 y sinceramente los de la limpieza del piso 3 no realizaron muy bien su trabajo, siempre teníamos que buscarlos por todo el pasillo para notificarle que limpiaran el cuarto y aún así no lo hacían y teníamos entonces que pedirles las toallas y bolsas para el zafacón y el baño se quedaba sin limpiar.

We did not stay at this hotel.
After arriving, we spent nearly two hours in the area trying to assess the situation, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable and concerning. We saw two separate groups of people using drugs, one near the entrance and another behind the building. There was also a woman walking around wearing only a bra, at least six cars without rear license plates, and a couple arguing so aggressively that it looked like it could become physical.
The entire environment felt unsafe, sketchy, and completely unacceptable for guests. Although the surrounding area may be decent, this specific property attracts a very concerning crowd, likely because of the lower price point. The atmosphere felt chaotic, neglected, and unsafe from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, I have stayed in motels that looked and felt much better than this. This was one of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had, and we made the decision not to stay for our own safety.
The property felt extremely unsafe and poorly maintained. The parking lot was unclean, chaotic, and had a very uncomfortable crowd hanging around. We saw people using drugs near the entrance and behind the building, a woman walking around wearing only a bra, several cars without rear license plates, and a couple fighting so aggressively that it looked like it could become physical.
My car was also almost hit twice in the parking lot, which made the whole situation feel even more unsafe. On top of that, the hotel had several doors leading directly to the parking lot besides the main entrance, and some of them were wide open. That made the property feel completely unsecured.
We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there at all.

Tried to get my money back in the lobby before staying. Poor Air Quality, dated dirty rooms. I didn’t take pictures and you didn’t provide a full refund. Lied the Best Western was rated Very GOOD. I have explained my self and you didn’t validate my experience. Will take it up with the better business bureau.. I will also dispute the changes

No coffee maker in room as stated the Refrigerator freezers were so frosted up. You couldn’t put anything in it. The alarm clock did not work when asked about the coffee maker. The girl at the front desk said that Wisconsin state law does not allow which is not true couldn’t use the pool because there were so many screaming kids running around. They don’t have adult hours to swim and had to pay $200 deposit for two rooms that I didn’t know about even though I paid in advance in full, will never stay out of best Western again.
