Pros:

it was a comfortable stay, not too noisy or busy

Cons:

i was charged twice for my room after telling the employee that i had already paid once, and when i tried to talk to them about getting a refund they did not help me at all. they told me they would have their manager call me to address the situation but i was not contacted and when i called them to ask, they tried to put me on hold and then hung up on me. very unprofessional and annoying employees

That it was across from the airport

Cons:

The hotel had one working elevator so it's very hard to maneuver with my luggage the hotel was not very clean service was poor and they had an issue with towels when I checked into my room there was no wash rags or towels I was at the hotel for 3 days before I received wash rags in towns

Pros:

Food was amazing though. 👏

Cons:

1st room couldn't get in so new room which was great except tub plugged as you took shower. Took forever to drain. Hot tub broke. Food was amazing though.

Nice ladies, comfy beds, accommodating, big breakfast
Pros:

The front desk ladies were very accommodating and sweet. Beds and pillows were comfortable, nice selection for breakfast. Easy to find and not too far from the hospital. Beautiful pool area with real trees and sunlight.

Cons:

The lecture of jumping in the pool when I literally stepped in was ridiculous. I was in it by myself, in my 40s, no other guests, didn't jump, just stepped but children and young adults could do cannonballs and jump high. Hot tub was down all week which was why we chose that hotel but we understand things break. Still gave it a 10 star though. The ladies went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. Thank you

Pros:

No likes checked in & went out with my kids came back & my card didn’t work to get us in the building or our room

Fair to good, pool looks good if that’s what you’re looking for.
Pros:

Good breakfast buffet, this place feels like a lot of attention went into the pool and hot tub area.

Cons:

Area looks shabby, thought it would be a little higher end for being as close to the airport as it is. I guess the price I paid was to support the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

The facility was nice, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Cons:

Our room was 2 doors down from a conference suite that was holding a church service for 4.5 hours. The music was extremely loud. We had just arrived a half hour before the service started and were woken up by the loud music. Went to the front desk to mention the loudness, we were told it would be over at 7p. Then the people stood in tha hallway for another half hour talking and carrying on. Additionally, there were 8 children in and out of the hot tub while their guardians/supervisors were on their phones and taking pictures of themselves outside the pool area and not paying attention to the children.

The room was spacious. Great hot breakfast. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

The carpet in my room had not been vacuumed. It makes you wonder if the room had been cleaned properly.

Cons:

first room a/c did not work so had to walk back downstairs to get a new keycard for new room. rooms are off of pool, so its very noisy. kids running up and down the hall during the evening. no one told me when breakfast was so did not partake. no am wakeup call as requested
