Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Will definitely book again in October and November! The shuttle driver Rose was so sweet and excellent customer service!

Great place to end the trip before going to the Albuquerque Airport
Pros:

Shuttle to Rental Car Return and the Airport was fabulous. On-time and very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Stairs to the second floor room instead of an elevator.

It was a nice stay for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Good variety of choices, hot food was hot, juice was good not watered down like most places. The night social of nachos and soft drinks was a nice touch.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was dim. Need better lighting.

Do yourself a favour, find some other place to stay.
Pros:

There wasn't much I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

Where do I start? The air-conditioner sounded like a jet engine everytime it turned on. Woke me up constantly. It also needed a good clean, it was full of mould and it made the room stink. It's located too far away from anything. I had to listen to the family in the adjoining room praise their young son's toilet triumph at the tops of their voices at 6am. There is no lift, the breakfast is terrible. It was probably the most unpleasant stay I have ever had whilst travelling. The whole hotel is desperately in need of a massive update.

The hotel has great services, particularly its shuttle service.
Pros:

The hotel was very accommodating, picking ups up with their shuttle at the airport when we turned in our rental car. The shuttle also brought us to a restaurant of our choice and picked us up. This was great. it was our last night after a long trip, and we loved not having to drive around Albequerque.

Cons:

The room was kind of drab with dirty windows, not the most comfortable but ok.
