Clean but needs some work

Very disappointed!!!

The location and big pool

Cons:

The check out time is 11:00 yet my last two visits the housekeeper pounded on our door at 9:00 am . We were still sleeping both times n it pissed me off both times . I complained the last time . The front desk told me today they start working at 9am like it was no big deal but it was to me . She said did I put out the do not disturb again trying to shift blame . I’ve been staying there for years and will be my lady stay I canceled my June 6th room and will tell anyone about my stay . Last year my family booked 8 rooms .

Cons:

people on our same floor were rude when leaving or entering their rooms, they would slam their doors. Half time we were in bed asleep and got woke up.

I truly love staying here I guess the front clerk just had an bad day

I loveeeee this property my second time staying there

Cons:

Just the front desk morning clerk was very rude, she tried to prove to me that I didn’t pay in advance for my room and I showed her proof and she even made me call booking customer service and the man said also I already paid….. finally when she realized I been paid she waived the incident fee…. And she finally apologized…. Thank God I kept my composure ☺️ but overall I never had and issue with this property Everytime I’m in Detroit I stay here 💯‼️
