The room had a terrible smell which could not be avoided or removed. Check in was chaotic and we had to wait until 4pm for check in.

Good location and good breakfast
The property was old and not well maintained. The room was dark with old and worn out carpets, which gave the room an unclean feel

To big of a complex. Breakfast buffet was a zoo.
Staff were very helpful. Food in restaurant was great. Room met all requirements. There is a store onsite with a wide arrangement of food and supplies.

Meals at restaurant were very good. Especially enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast. Location was very convenient for our trip to Bryce Canyon.
We had trouble finding an ice machine.

2층까지 있는 곳이라서 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 밤엔 기온이 많이 내려가서 춥습니다. 난방이 되지만 소리가 커서 담요를 덮고 난방을 끄고 잤습니다. 대부분의 호텔들이 난방 작동소리가 큽니다.
L'emplacement est idéal : le Shuttle pour le parc est juste devant l'hôtel et l'entrée du parc est très proche

The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the lake view. We appreciated the fact that there was a laundromat on site and the general store was excellent! The breakfast buffet was great, and we also tried the diner and coffee shop, both of which were perfect for us.
My husband didn't love the pillows.
