This is not five stars hotel!

Cons:

I had from September 2025 a reservation for two rooms with two beds each, for single use in a five stars hotel from 20/6 till 28/6 but the hotel gave me two rooms with one bed each stacked in the wall without a wardrobe dirty foul of dust. The solution the gave us was to stay three days in a different room then to return in the unacceptable small rooms for three days and the back. We couldn’t have three room changes, pay for a certain rooms type and accept to stay in that small dirty rooms because the had overbooked.
This is not five stars hotel. We are fully dissatisfied disappointed, so in 23/6 we moved to another hotel

Hygiene vond ik echt heel erg tegenvallen had er meer van verwacht

De locatie, persoon vriendelijk & prima badkamer

Cons:

Hygiene viel tegen voor de prijs, één zat een smerige vlek op, twee losse bedden terwijl er tweepersoonsbed stond, en de topping op het matras was ook erg vies.

Prima locatie, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, maar een veel te krappe en onhandige kamer.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij het station: prima.
Ontbijt: uitstekend
Personeel: vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Kamer 333 is zeer krapjes.
Samen met een vrij groot bed kon je niet om het bed heen lopen; je moest gedraaid langs de muur schuifelen, en dan ging het nog niet gemakkelijk. Ook is de kamer niet geschikt voor koffers: veel te krapjes allemaal.

teleurstellend. Betere alternatieven in en om Arnhem.
Pros:

Goede locatie, mooie bar (als ie open is).

Cons:

Ontbijt: Overal onafgeruimde tafels, geen staff te vinden, een rommelige uitstraling en onvoldoende aandacht voor de details die je bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse mag verwachten.
Een andere grote teleurstelling was de slaapkwaliteit. Vanaf 06.30 uur stonden medewerkers onder mijn raam te roken, lachen en luid met elkaar te praten
