Pros:

Heel goed gelegen vlakbij centraal station en het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie en comfortabele kamer en bed. Lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Te weinig licht/lampen in de kamer. In de badkamer ontbrak een make-up spiegel. Water en koffiecapsules op de kamer werden niet elke dag bijgevuld. Schoonmaak van de kamer was oppervlakkig. Geen variatie in het ontbijt.
Terras aan de voorkant was zeer vuil met o.a. sigarettenpeuken, glazen uit de bar die een ganse dag bleven staan. Eerder een 4 sterren hotel.

Geweldig genoten!
Pros:

Supercentraal, lekker bed en een bad. Een heerlijke bank ook om lekker te relaxen. Koelkastje is ook altijd fijn en de fles water die in de koelkast stond was een leuke verrassing.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen echt Nespresso-apparaat stond. En er was maar 1 lekker stevig kussen. Toch zou ik zo weer boeken.

Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit. Check in ohne weitere Infos wo was im hotel. gastfreundliche Orientierung fehlte. Wenig engagiert. Kein willkommen. Schön dass Sie da sind. Danke dass Sie unsere Gäste waren . Nüchterne unpersönliche Abfertigung. Unsere Zimmer im 1. OG. 1 direkt neben dem Lift ( Lärmig), 1 hinten zur Hofseite. Hotelküchenabzug direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster! Gerüche und Geräusch! Für diesen Preis!!! Sauber waren die Zimmer auch nicht. Nur grad oberflächlich : geputzt". Staub überall, unter den Möbel wurde nicht geputzt. Nur schnell schnell das Gröbste. Was man grad so sieht... enttäuschend. Krümel, Haare. Ekelhaft. Aussen topp und innen flopp
