Pros:

Clean, close to the mall

Cons:

Front of house staff were good and helpful, though for breakfast kitchen would not do anything out of the ordinary, we had asked if they could boil some vegetables for my 10 month old baby to eat (they weren’t busy, only 1 other person in for breakfast at the time). They said they couldn’t do it. They had some boiled pumpkin on display, I asked if they could at least make some more of that and we can mash it ourselves to feed the baby. They also could not do it. Front of house staff tried to help and ask kitchen but the chefs didn’t want to do anything outside of there tasks.

L'hôtel est bien situé et bon endroit vraiment la gentillesse des filles MILD,SAIPAN et Ballet à la réception nooon trop magnifique 😍 le propriétaire de l’hôtel a vraiment de la chance avec ses équipes. mon passage est de 21 février au 3 mars 2026 je même demandé des photos des prénoms pour pas oublier parce que l’air gentillesse ma beaucoup touché 😘😘😘

Pros:

The restaurant was directly next door to the hotel and had great hours. Food was great for each meal.

Cons:

Shower floors were slippery, my young children slipped and fell a few times. It would be nice to have mats of some kind to prevent falls.

breakfast was very good most of the days except for one day. Location pretty good and staff were all good!!

Had complimentary snacks water and juices all day, which is a very nice touch.

the room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. comfy bed and pillows were really good and in fact so good that my wife did not need to use hers. Good size bathroom

location of the swimming pool, which is by the car park!

Cons:

Schimmel im Bad. Die Badewanne ist so eingebaut dass immer Wasser nach dem Duschen stehen bleibt. Deshalb Schimmelbildung

Great hotel, shame about the very dangerous car park entrance and exit.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby.

Cons:

If you come by car it is the most dangerous hotel car park entrance I have ever seen. Straight across 3 lanes of fast moving highway traffic to get into and out of the car park. Very dangerous location and we would never stay there again as a result of this.
Inside the car park itself it is very easy to trip and fall on the broken and cracked concrete surface. Truly appalling.

Cons:

All the pillows provided were high, would have been good if atleast 2 of them were low pillows. I sleep on my chest so need a low pillow but as there were none, i had diificulty sleeping and woke up with a stiff neck.

Too many mosquitos, though not the hotel's fault, it would have been good if they did something to control them inside the hotel and also provide electric mosquito repellent in the rroms.
