Great place, worst experience with staff, not a value for money.
Pros:

Building and ambiance is great, its a beautifully designed place and have a great location.

Cons:

Checkin was pathetic, Staff training is needed on a priority basis. They had no clue how to welcome guests properly, how to mange the workload properly. The guy at the call was saying something else before chekin and his name was Abdul Moeed or Moiz, when i went for checkin at night there was only one guy who was managing the night shift and he was very immature, i guess hashim or hashir or someone like that, he was lying and miss comunicating again and again and felt like cheating or hiding. There were no slippers and towels in room. After calling the reception again and again the staff was coming coming after 40 minutes for response. There were drunk guys walking at night in the lobby and even followed when i was going to the lift. Overall very bad experience and had high expectations. Also this was not only me who was having these issues, other people at the checkin were also having a bad experience. Day time experience was good, i guess night shift needs to be changed and punished.

Awful stay…
Pros:

Really pathetic, dust everywhere and the beds were dirty with hairs everywhere. I am not sure what type of standard they’re offering but it’s really awful stay. Bathroom was also dirty and even tv wasn’t functional

Good location for those who has connected flight it is near to airport the pick and drop facilities was excellent room was very comfortable staff was very helpful overall very good experience to stay there

A nice, affordable hotel near the airport
Pros:

The location is convenient for an overnight layover in the airport area. The hotel is five minutes drive from the Lahore airport. There’s not much to do in the area but one can easily get to the town by taxi. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff if friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel twice and every time there was no view from my room other than the parking in front of the hotel doors. So I suspect most of the rooms don’t have a good view.

Pros:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The food was delicious, and the variety was also good. The pool and gym facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The Guest Relation was excellent. she were very friendly, cooperative, and professional throughout my stay.

The female reception staff also deserves special appreciation for their polite and welcoming attitude. They handled everything professionally and were always ready to assist.

Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality and customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.
