The room was spacious and clean. The pools were amazing, clean and heated. We stayed during an intense heat wave and the resort was giving free water and Popsicles to everyone. We cannot wait to stay here again!
We literally pick up ALL mattresses to check bed frames for any signs of bed bugs. All clear!!! Room was clean except obviously no one cleans under the bed. Everyone was ultra nice and helpful at the hotel. Pools are stunning! Went to the turkey hill experience with our 13/14/15 year olds and they loved it, except the tea experience definitely wasn’t worth it. Poor lady spoke very fast so I couldn’t understand her. Definitely recommend Eden. Oh and they have “quiet hours” signs posted everywhere. Not noisy between 10 p.m. and 8 am.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Eden Resort & Suites, and we truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and by the time we left, we were already talking about when we could come back.
Everything about our stay was perfect. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and it was so convenient to have such great dining options right at the resort. The outdoor pool areas were amazing. Our toddler had an absolute blast in the kid-friendly pools and splash areas, and it was just as enjoyable for us as parents because there were beautiful spaces to relax and unwind. It struck the perfect balance between being fun for kids and peaceful for adults.
What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Every employee we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. Those little moments of kindness and attention made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation.
Thank you to everyone at Eden Resort & Suites for helping our family create such special memories. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly, but you absolutely delivered. We can’t wait to return!
When you walk through the door, you know you’re in a top notch resort. It was very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall, our stay was great , but there were a couple of things that affected our comfort. I was disappointed that the air conditioner couldn’t be set below 68°F, which made the room too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable. With better temperature control and more comfortable mattresses, our stay would have been perfect.

The hotel is EXCELLENT from front desk reception, Patels professionalism was excellent, they booked us on the lower level, I had requested high level. Patel changed our room to high level and upgraded up to a bigger room. The rooms, bathrooms, hallways was exceptionally sparkling clean. They have a huge clean swimming pool , noise proof rooms. Will return soon……….. DO NOT hesitate BOOK NOW. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 excellent job Eden Resort and Suites!!!

This is a great hotel and my experience was mostly good.
Starting with the positive: my room was nice and clean. There are so many amenities for kids - two pools and a sprinkler park, which was the reason I chose it. The service was good too.
On the flip side, some areas of the hotel, like the big indoor courtyard in the center, had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a sliding door *which didn’t lock*. What they were thinking doing that in a family friendly hotel is beyond me - I couldn’t stop my toddler from walking in on everyone.
All things considered, it was a great place for a family getaway and I’m looking forward to returning
The pools were great and the room was ok except for the fact that the floor was filthy and would turn our feet black just from walking on it for a short time. Also, the inside pool view was kinda creepy not having a window to the outside was miserable.
The staff was rude and not at all helpful. I had a small child with me and I asked the 2 young guys at the front desk where the luggage carts were located and one of them just pointed in the direction they were located. Being as though they were both not helping any other guests, I’d have thought that one of them would have at least gotten the cart for me. Luckily there was another parent coming through the door to the stairwell where the luggage carts were and he held the door and pulled the cart through for me, which is what the staff should have done. After I checked in I had to ask them for a map, where my room was located and how to get to it. They were no help whatsoever. Also, this hotel charges $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals and they didn’t return all of my money to me. $100 a night is astronomical and they should tell you this beforehand. Overall, I would not go back here, the surroundings were nice, but that’s it. I’d rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated instead of being treated like it’s expected. Eden Resort, you really need to step up your customer service training and teach the kids you have working for you what it means to be of service to your customers.
