Parking and location are convenient

Cons:

Bed was horribly uncomfortable, I have back and neck pain from a bar or spring in the mattress hitting my side throughout the night causing it to be numb. The whole place needs paint and there were black hairs in the shower. I will never book again.

Getaway winner!
Pros:

From the ease of finding the hotel to the premium treatment, great way to get close to the beautiful Carpinteria beach experience. From the minute you enter the lobby, you are treated by professional and friendly staff. Santino got us all settled after we had a busy day tourist-ing. Special touches include a snack goodie bag at check-in (how sweet is that?) to even convenient access to your room from parking 360 around the building.

Facilities and comfort were decent.
Pros:

Great staff, great location. Great price.

Cons:

The door to our room did not seal properly so it let in water too much hallway light which interrupted sleep. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was out of service and was a really poorly designed. I don’t think two grown adults could fit comfortably in it, had it been working.
