Location and air conditioning worked great.
hard to figure out where the rooms are. no breakfast included. For the price, should have a continental bfast.
I loved the location, it was the perfect distance to all the restaurants, boutiques and beach. The staff was also very friendly.
The only negative experience I had was the shower head. Water barely came out and it wouldnt warm up so we had to shower with color water.

Brak śniadań i przede wszystkim hałas z autostrady przy której hotel jest zlokalizowany. Niestety okna mieliśmy od tej gorszej strony więc w nocy było głośno.

Good location
Dated rooms and furnishings. I called ahead and told the office I needed an ADA room on the first floor. They told me the only available room they had was one that had bars on the toilet area but not the shower. I agreed to take the room as long as it had the ADA bars next to the toilet. After we checked in to the room I noticed there were no bars next to toilet. I immediately called office and told them. The Gentleman that answered told me all rooms were occupied and he would see if they could install them, He also said he would call me the next morning to let me know. I never recieved a call. I made several calls to the front desk asking to speak to the manager, I never recieved a call again. I spoke to a desk clerk who said they should issue me a credit. Upon checking out. I was told a manager would reach out to me concerning the credit. That was 2 days ago and I still haven't been contacted by anyone. I am handicapped due to severe arthritic knees, and I use a walker to get around, and it was extremely difficult to use the toilet without the hand bar. I am very disappointed with the communication at this property.

Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. I enjoy the fountain and sitting next to it each time we have been at the hotel.
The restaurant is not what we expected. The location is good but we stayed most of our time closer to the beach and to Linden Street.
