Schönes und sauberes Hotel für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen trotz Abstand zur Altstadt. Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut ausgerichtet. Die Zimmergestaltung war hervorragend und fühlt sich bisschen wie ein Design-Hotel an. Das Parkieren in der Einstellhalle funktioniert einwandfrei. Fitness ist eher klein, aber genau das macht es so gemütlich dort eine Stunde mit hoher Puls zu verbringen. Das Persona ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch bisschen knapp aufgestellt was der Rezeption anbelangt.

Cons:

Oft viel Wartezeit an der Rezeption, da oft nur eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort ist. Das Frühstück Angebot ist zwar gut und man kann noch Eier-Gerichte bestellen, dennoch fiel uns der Preis paar Euro zu teuer.

מלון מעולה במיקום טוב, חדר מרווח מאד, מיטה נוחה, ספא נעים, צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת

Cons:

לא מוריד מאיכות המקום אבל אם לציין אז יש מקום לשיפור בניקוי החדרים במהלך השהות, אבל סידרו והביאו הכל כשביקשנו.

Every thing was nice comfortable and so the location and staff very helpful

Cons:

only there was no mini bar or freg in the room so we can keep our drinks and food need cooling

Lovely hotel, high-spec design, clean and friednly staff.
Pros:

-The hotel is located in a quiet area, everything is about 10-15min walk distance which was nice.
Close to Mirabell Gardens as well.

-We stayed in a room with balcony - which was nice and spacious.
Downside is that there was no hot tub, but the bathroom was nice, clean.

-Bed was very comfortable, great size. Also the area at night is quiet so you can get a good night sleep.

-As we had to work a couple of days, we need very fast internet.
The normal wifi was not sufficient and the IT Support person came and helped by providing a more secure fast network.

-All of the other hotel staff was very friendly and kind as well.

Cons:

-There is no complimentary water for all nights. Only available 2 bottles when you check in.

-No available slippers in room. You had to go get them from the Spa area which makes me think that not all guests use slippers to help with maintaining clean floors and carpts.

-No fridge so we had to ask for ice every night to have cold water.

-The hotel bar is more like a lobby, not very lively for a night drink.

Pros:

Designový hotel, čistý a prostorný apartman, kvalitní koupelnová kosmetika. Cca 20min procházkou od centra. Hned vedle hotelu je parkovací garáž, 25 eur na den, bohužel v této oblasti běžná cena

Cons:

Parkování jsme platili na recepci hotelu, nespárovala se jim platba, a měli jsme kvůli tomu potíže při odjezdu z garáže

駅近で、優しいスタッフ
Pros:

ザルツブルク駅から近い。つまり、電車とバスにも近い。
部屋が空いていたから自動的にアップグレードしてくれた。スタッフは分かりやすい英語を話してくれるし、とても親切なスタッフだった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫、ケトルが無い

Comfortable and charming.
Pros:

We booked the apartment at the hotel and it was incredibly spacious for a family of 4. The hotel is walking distance from old town Salzburg and staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel very close to the station
Pros:

The young lady who greeted us was so lovely and knowledgeable, the hotel was beautiful and felt so welcoming, the room was lovely, super comfy bed and nice bathroom, we wish we could have stayed longer

Pros:

I loved the decoration of the hotel, it was really soothing and pleasant for the eye. The stuff was very kind.

Cons:

Breakfast costed 28 euros per person which feels too expensive. I understand that many products were eco, and you could feel the quality but still I still think that it was overprised
