Un rapport qualité prix médiocre sauf pour le parking et le petit déjeuner qui sont à la hauteur
Pros:

Le parking souterrain, facile d'accès : on peut y entrer avant d'avoir été s'annoncer à la réception ce qui est très pratique dans une grande ville à forte circulation. Certes, il est facturé très cher, mais le service est à la hauteur.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec beaucoup de points forts, ce qui explique sa tarification très élevée.

Cons:

Le manque de performances de la climatisation de la chambre s'est révélé particulièrement inconfortable. La climatisation n'est pas adaptée, en tout cas dans ma chambre au 4ème étage. La température reste élevée dans la chambre de jour comme de nuit. C'est choquant pour un hôtel qui se veut de bon standing.
L'absence de petit frigo (minibar) dans la chambre est aussi un manque.
La salle de bains est bien conçue, mais il n'y a pas de chauffe serviettes.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, kaum Platz für die Kleidung.ein Mini Kleiderschrank keine Fächer. Bei ein paar Tagen müssten die sachen im Koffer bleiben. Als der Fernseher kaputt war bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer wo alles stimmte. So sollte es eigentlich nicht sein. Die Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war macht ihren Job super,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Die Preise sind für ein kleines Zimmer nicht gerechtfertigt.das erste Zimmer war nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen und ganz hinten.da hatten wir wohl Glück gehabt das der Fernseher kaputt war und wir deswegen ein anderes Zimmer bekamen.

Leider mangelt es dem Hotel an Professionalität und Wertschätzung gegenüber seinen Gästen.

避雷这家酒店！

这次入住体验令人失望。在我看来，这家酒店的性价比并不高。房间里的通风系统噪音非常大，而且无法关闭，持续不断的噪音严重影响了我的睡眠。

另外，如果房间朝向马路，睡眠质量会受到很大影响。酒店旁边就是车流量很大的快速道路，车辆经过的噪音非常明显。即使关上窗户，仍然能听到持续不断的车流声；而如果打开窗户通风，噪音和汽车尾气更是让人难以忍受，很难获得良好的休息环境。

酒店的卫生状况也有待改善。房间多个地方都能看到蜘蛛网，整体给人的感觉并没有经过彻底清洁。以这样的价格来说，我原本期待更好的卫生标准。

早餐同样让我失望。可选择的食物不多，味道也没有什么特别之处，以其收费标准来看并不值得。

最让我失望的是酒店在客人入住后的处理方式和态度。整体而言, 无法向其他旅客推荐。

Perfektes Hotel für einen Salzburgbesuch
Pros:

Alles perfekt, nur der Kasten ist für längere Aufenthalte etwas klein geraten.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Salzach (Übergang zur Altstadt), Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Plätze.

An exceptional place to stay - I can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Beautiful design, exceptionally warm service and everything was spotless, seamless and incredibly comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast there but the sauna and fitness area and bar are both excellent.
