Perheystävällinen hotelli. Kaikki oli siistiä ja puhdasta. Ruokaa oli tarjolla koko ajan.
Cons:

Uima-altaiden vesi oli kylmää. Ampiaisia oli koko hotellialueella todella paljon. Lähimmäiselle rannalla ei ollut hiekkarantaa lainkaan, koska vesi oli niin korkealla, mutta se ei tietystikään ole kenenkään vika, vaan ainoastaan huonoa tuuria.

Erlebnisreiches Familien Hotel für eine Woche

Im großen und Ganzen war alles ok. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren gut und in einem guten Zustand. Essen war ok aber für mich zu wenig griechisch. Ich kann es empfehlen wenn man es preislich zu einem guten Kurs bekommt. Hotel ist sehr von Engländern und Polen genutzt. Schade auch dass auch die Veranstaltungen so sind, sogar mehr polnisch als Englisch. Wir werden es zwar nicht mehr besuchen aber abraten kann ich nicht da es im großen und Ganzen ok ist

Der Check in war schlecht geplant, obwohl ich nach einem early Check in gefragt habe, wurden wir zuerst auf 13 Uhr vertröstet dann auf 13:30 und dann auf 14 Uhr. Da wir schon um 10 am Hotel waren, war das nicht so angenehm wenn man gerne einfach mal ankommen will. Essen ist ok aber ich würde mir doch es etwas griechischer vorstellen. Anstatt einem Asiaten oder Italiener einfach ein traditionelles Griechen Restaurant, wieso nicht? Bin ja in Griechenland um griechisch zu erleben und kein anderes Land

Potential to be great..but sadly not!
Pros:

This hotel is great to look at and seems to tick all the boxes but unfortunately its not as it seems. We really read the reviews before booking a holiday so please trust this one as we dont want to waste anyone's time.

This hotel is 3 star at best. I will start by saying the hotel put us with our 5month old in a room opposite the night entertainment. Thankfully they did move us to a quiter block. Sadly we were put opposite a large group who had zero compassion for others around them. We went to reception to complain but sadly they did nothing about it. After three days of the same loud volley ball antics I decided to go over an politely ask them to keep the noise down while my 5month old had a nap. Bare in mind their group had kids you would think they would have understood but unfortunately the family began to swear at me and even the children telling me to '1iss off' and adults telling me to 'f*ck off'.

The food is also sadly not the greatest. The gyros and most of the snacks are prepared in bulk and left in a heated window box leaving them either rock hard or not edible. Seeing there was a gentleman making them fresh, we requested if we could have the ones just made instead of the ones just left there in the window. We were huffed and puffed at by the lady serving us telling us they were all fresh. When I spoke to reception they explained they would speak to the snack bar team. The next day we tried again and they amazingly said the couldn't understand my request and

Great place to stay with family and kids.
Pros:

Staff very friendly, food ok. Nice restaurants (Chinese - all food very nice, Bello - pizza's very nice, burger house - nice food. Nice area, good location, good selection of pools and slides, very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Kids enjoyed funfair, gaming rooms and TV screens for sport shows..Free car park.

Cons:

We didn't like A la carte restaurant and food, not all dishes were available for kids (but it's only our opinion).And there is no shower gel, shampoo or conditioners in the rooms. Internet in the evenings is poor.. No English channels on TV.

Като цяло комплексът е добре подреден и обслужен. Подходящ е за семейства с деца. Храната е в изобилие и почти целодневно имаш достъп до нея. Забавната програма различна всяка вечер внасят допълнителен чар към изживяването.

Cons:

На първо място -персоналът. Голяма част от него недружелюбен. Момчетата с голф количките бързат да те хвърлят в твоя сектор и същевременно и обясняват което за 3 мин. е невъзможно да се възприеме. Момичето на рецепцията и пред ресторант Густо Бело най-недружелюбните хора. На второ място алкохолът, който се предлага е пълна катастрофа, най-вече бирата в 100 грамови чаши. Има и още много неща, върху който трябва да помисли мениджмънта.
