Pros:

Breakfast was really nice, a lot of great options and good coffee. Sauna&pool were nice, would be great if saunas were open in the morning too

Cons:

There was an error in the booking and the staff were very unkind and shouted while we sorted it out. Closest grocery 10min walk away

Kahvaltı yeterli ve seçenekliydi. Ama domuz yemeyenler için ekstra ürünler eklenebilir. Sauna ve havuzun ücretsiz olması iyi. Ulaşım rahat. Sessiz bir tesis. Odanın hergün toparlanması güzeldi.

Cons:

Banyo ürünleri arttırılmalı. (Ayak havlusu, kürdan vs.) Daha iyi bir ütü eklenebilir. Kahve makinesi çalışmıyordu bu kötü. Odanın temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilir. Kıllar vardı.

Lage, sehr ruhig. Etwas außer Helsinki aber dafür sehr ruhig.
Bett, sehr bequem.

Cons:

Sonnstags keine Reinigung. Was auch in Ordnung aber es gab kein Info darüber.

Pros:

Being asked to wait more than two hours in the lobby prior to check-in was very rude and not a very good welcome to Finland. We were a group of 17 bike riders who arrived by ferry from Germany and went straight to the hotel. We understood that check-in time was 2 pm however everybody else who arrived at the hotel at the same time or after after we arrived were shown to their rooms immediately. It’s unbelievable that all our rooms were only available at 2 pm. The staff were unhelpful in a number of ways sending us on a wild goose chase to a park to sit around when there was a perfectly adequate courtyard in the hotel and indeed that was the question I asked. Have you got a courtyard? I thought the staff were generally insolent and could do with some good training in customer service.
