The Pool: The pool area was the real savior of our stay; fantastic facility and the lifeguard was excellent and highly attentive.
Dining & Arrival Staff: The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the staff at the restaurant were great. The Valet and Concierge teams were also highly professional and welcoming.
Upgrade was offered with a nice golf estate view.
Pre-arrival & Check-in: Multiple calls went entirely unanswered on our way to the hotel. Check-in was slow due to Eid holidays and limited staffing that left the front desk overwhelmed.
Room Condition & Cleanliness: The room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The side table had a broken marble top crudely fixed with glue, and the bathtub had permanent stains. We even found a silver/platinum ring left inside the furniture by a previous guest—we handed it to housekeeping but never received an acknowledgment
Chaotic Dining Service: The in-house dining team was highly disorganized. Simple requests for cutlery, water, and a trolley table were heavily delayed. Worse, we requested a temporary container to store our child’s 1.5 kg birthday cake; the team completely failed to assist, forcing us to order containers ourselves.
Tech & Amenities: There was no tissue box in the room. Smart mirror casting failed completely with both a Samsung S24 Ultra and a new HP laptop, requiring staff to eventually bring an HDMI cable.
Disappointing Birthday Setup: While we appreciated the thought of a complimentary birthday arrangement for our kid, the towel setup with red paper cuttings instead of real petals felt cheap and lacked effort.
