Clean, comfortable, good guests also.
Pros:

The breakfast is good for stay. The staff gets more pleasant as I stay more.

Cons:

Well, still thinking, there are some things but not worth mentioning after having been here a fortnight total this year.

Close to DC

Cons:

Stinky hallways (smells so bad), outdated (not so clean looking) bathroom, dirty floor. Kinda Ghetto. We always like La Quinta but this was the worst La Quinta we ever stayed. Outdated bathrooms.

It was more than I expected. Great!
Pros:

I enjoyed the full breakfast.
The room was very nice, spacious and clean, Maid service was available if needed.
Thanks and I look forward to my next stay with Wyndham.

Pros:

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, housekeepings very friendly, and they having restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't like was that a small dog barked all night long—I like dogs, but I wanted to sleep—and it kept me from getting any rest; now I have to drive five hours to my destination. I would definitely like to return, but I will ask first if there is a floor or area designated as pet-free and non-smoking. Aside from that, everything else would have been a 5-star experience.

LaQuinta, Capital Heights...was a Capital Offense!!!
Pros:

My room wasn't cleaned properly, the flusher on the toilet was messed up, there was a gapping hole in the wall under the sink area. The toilet & shower were in a closet basically!!! The hotel had a lot of traffic, by that I mean patrons...so there is money being made but they need to allocate those funds & totally renovate the hotel!!! From the top to the bottom, hire better grounds keepers, more people period, because there should not have been garbage just left in front the hotel & they have a whole other abandoned building on the same premises that could be turned into a number of things connected to the Hotel. Really unfortunate because there is much potential in the right hands!!! Extremely disappointing, even if the price was right!!!
