Clean
Location to Northwest Stadium
The room was not clean. A previous guest dropped candy on the floor and it had melted and the floor had not been clean. We had filthy dirt on the bottom of our shoes from the hotel room floor. I had to wash the bottom of our shoes before we left the room. The floor was dirty and it took several hours after asking the front desk and a housekeeper that I saw in the hall to clean the room which was the second day staying at this property.In addition, the second day we were not given any wash cloths after requesting fresh towels and wash clothes.
The room was ok and clean
It was people hanging around the property that did not have a room there for 2 days no wash rug the pool was dirty and the elevator smells horrible the property had trash all over it people calling me to their vehicles asking do we sale body parts this was horrible never again.
Dogs in the facility, poop inside and out of the facility
It was good maybe some bacon

Dirty bedding and tv not working. Phone not working. Sofa bed only the spring remaining
The staff was polite when checking in.
Towel had stains on them. The couch had old food stains didn’t even want to sit down on it. The toilet seat was rusty looking and peeling and shower door was broken
The room size, and front desk service was nice.
The gym was nice too.
Over priced for the low quality of hotel,
Noisy AC in the room, Noisy water pipes running all night, the room doors don't seal tight which allows light from the bottom and side of the door to beam in, elevators where slow and the smoking area was very sketchy

I booked a king bed & it wasn’t available but it was available when I booked it back in April. They gave me a double bed instead. The light in the bathroom was hanging out the wall & the shower was dirty and not cleaned.
Great location! Close to everything. Awesome customer service.
Breakfast wasn’t good. Towels were stained & I had to ask multiple times for new ones.
