Slippery shower!
Pros:

Beautiful lobby and gardens. Very nice staff.

Cons:

On request we were given an accessibility room. The important request was for a walk-in shower. Unfortunately it didn't have any grab bars to prevent falls and the floor of the shower was very slippery. So, it wasn't safe for someone with accessibility needs. This might be something you could look into for future guests.

Staff very nice, helpful and professional. Hotel very nice, and landscaping too.
Pros:

Breakfast was a surprising treat. The waffles were delicious. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Hotel very nice and clean.

Pros:

Extremely spacious king room! Loved having a poolside room! Very clean and very comfortable! Wonderful breakfast that was a huge bonus! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

Something we did not factor into our stay with a room that’s poolside was that it is very loud until everyone clears out. Thankfully the noise subsided about 20 mins after the 10pm cut off so it was completely tolerable!

Better rates, Bigger rooms at close proximity to Pismo Beach
Pros:

Spanish architecture and paintings, very close to Pismo beach

Cons:

No restaurant on the property, however everything is like 5-10mins drive away only
