Pillows and bedding smell like fried food. Didn’t get adequate towels one day. Beds were uncomfortable. Gave canned water second to last day made me wonder about the other days. Drain was not working in the bathtub so I couldn’t take a bath. Last year tipped on line. This year unavailable. Very confusing. Pool size inadequate for size of business.

Clean, cute, nicely decorated, nice lobby, nice bonuses like use of bikes, free candy machines, complimentary drinks at happy hour. Food at restaurant was really good
The Little Clam Restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner both. The Cafe has very good coffee at reasonable prices. The hotel is very clean with a mid-century modern vibe throughout. The pool area looked nice, though we did not partake. The location is not special, but it is quiet. There is a park with some nice paths across the street. The Otel offers bikes to guests, first come first served. Good quality city bikes in good condition, and there are bike lanes at the hotel entrance that will get you downtown with a 5 minute ride.
they charged a an extra fee for the pool and the bus service to the jazz fest. The pool and gym should be included. Furthermore I did not use the pool or gym or shuttle service
The property provided easy parking access.
Not all floors are elevator accessible, carrying baggage in and out was not so easy.
Disappointed with breakfast. It took more than one hour before it was served.
Room was clean
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location and shuttle service.
Amenities listed online included a refrigerator. That is false information, as the rooms only have small coolers in them. We had medication that needed refrigeration unfortunately. Toilet kept running and running. We were never given enough washcloths. The carpet was stained in a few places. AC did not run cool enough and thermostat kept changing what we set it to.
The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unclear when giving instructions and at checkout felt like I was being a burden to them. The guy at night was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and went above and beyond when simply asking for extra toilet paper
