Friendly Staff
Property is old and needs some more work

Room was really big and comfortable
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Large, comfortable shower as well.
The hotel has two separate buildings. If you get sent to building 2, just know there’s no elevator and you’ll have to do some walking if you want breakfast. Windows were very dirty and couldn’t see anything out of them, and the fixtures in the bathroom were very outdated. The switch for the shower just shot water out unless you pushed it just right. They also shut off our cards before we checked out, but luckily one of us was still in the room so we weren’t locked out as we were loading our luggage into the car.
I like how it’s two buildings and it has that castle look.
The walls are thin you can hear what’s going on in the next room. I got woken up at 7AM by the head board banging the wall from the next room and moaning. Literally some people do have to be considered for other guests that have children with them in their rooms. They don’t need to be hearing that. Couldn’t watch Netflix nor I couldn’t cast it from my phone to the tv even when I was on the wifi. If you have it on the remote control it should allow us to log in and out of the apps that are stated on the remote control.
The staff was very friendly. There were complaints from other guests about noise, but we didn't hear a thing.
There were several holes in the parking lot with cones that made it a little difficult to get our truck through.
It met our needs: clean, quiet, free parking, easy drive to restaurants, and nice staff.
It could use a facelift. A little drab. And the worst remotes for the tv.

The property in general is old, they really need to upgrade their rooms.
It really does look like a castle. The staff was super helpful and asked if we wanted a room further from a group that had the potential for noise. The breakfast had great coffee.
I gave four stars because some fixtures were older and needed updated.
