The hotel was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, everything was clean and breakfast was delicious.
Loved everything about it.
I wish the pool was open later. When we got in it was on the later side and we did want to have a swim before bed.
The Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. They were the highlight of our stay.
Room is spartan. Vent fan in bathroom sounded like a dump truck engine. Elevator has a mind of its own. Breakfast was not appealing.
Breakfast was very good. Eggs and bacon were well cooked. Good options for bread products, yoghurt. Would have liked more fruit.
Not enough fruit at breakfast; only a little bit of cut up strawberries and dried rasins.
Location and stay is peaceful with good staff.

Room was really big and comfortable
I like how it’s two buildings and it has that castle look.
The walls are thin you can hear what’s going on in the next room. I got woken up at 7AM by the head board banging the wall from the next room and moaning. Literally some people do have to be considered for other guests that have children with them in their rooms. They don’t need to be hearing that. Couldn’t watch Netflix nor I couldn’t cast it from my phone to the tv even when I was on the wifi. If you have it on the remote control it should allow us to log in and out of the apps that are stated on the remote control.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Large, comfortable shower as well.
The hotel has two separate buildings. If you get sent to building 2, just know there’s no elevator and you’ll have to do some walking if you want breakfast. Windows were very dirty and couldn’t see anything out of them, and the fixtures in the bathroom were very outdated. The switch for the shower just shot water out unless you pushed it just right. They also shut off our cards before we checked out, but luckily one of us was still in the room so we weren’t locked out as we were loading our luggage into the car.
