Pros:

A hely csodálatos, a személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom. Vissza térek még az biztos.

Cons:

A reggelinél hiányoltam a gyümölcsöt.

Pros:

A táj szép volt a friss hóesésben.
De a mínusz hat fokban nem lett volna kellemes a szabad ég alatt a "hordókban" ücsörögni 83 és 85 évesen. Nem volt világosan közölve az ismertetőben, hogy nincs más lehetőség gyógyvizes fürdőzésre. Ezért csak a befizetett
előleget használtuk el az egy napos tartózkodásunkkal.

A mai magyar vendéglátási körülményeket figyelembe véve kellemes meglepetés volt .
Pros:

A reggeli finom volt .
A gyümölcsöt hiányoltam,viszont minden nagyon finom volt ,a tejbegríz top10-es volt .

Cons:

A teraszt nem lehetett használni arra a célra amire kértük ,de ezt leszámítva azt hiszem ajánlani tudom csak.

Celkově bych za sumu za ubytování čekal lepší služby.
Pros:

Líbilo se nám dostatečně velké parkoviště a klidná lokalita hotelu. Všude čisto a uklizeno. Příjemné posezení na venkovní terase.

Cons:

Pokoj měl mít výhled na hory = když bych se vyklonil z okna, tak bych viděl protější kopec.
Okno pokoje směřovalo na kuřácké místo před vchodem, takže jsme hned od rána slyšeli kuřáky u kávy.
Personál v restauraci skoro neumí mluvit jinak než maďarsky a pokud si neobjednáte Fantu / Colu / Sprite, tak nevíte co donesou.
Snídaně byla studená - mísy s párky, vajíčky, atd nebyly dohřívané.
To nevím, jestli je v Maďarsku běžné, ale ke každému přinesení čehokoliv ke stolu automaticky připočítají na účtenku 15% za servis.

Ez a szallas egyszeru, de nagyszeru. A termeszet kozelsege felbecsulhetetlen, a szemelyzet nagyon kedves, segitokesz volt. A svedasztalos reggelivel es vacsoraval is teljes mertekben elegedettek voltunk. Vacsira mindig 2 fele leves volt, 3 fele foetel es 2 fele desszert. Nem volt tomegkajaltatas erzes, kisebb volt a valasztek, de azok legalabb finom, minosegi fogasok. Ilyenkor mondjak, hogy a kevesebb, neha tobb. Egyik este frissen grilleztek a kertben a hust, volt zene is, illetve kaptunk welcome palinkat, ez nagyon kedves gesztus volt. A wellnesst ki lehet berelni privat hasznalatra is, ez hatalmas plussz volt, mindketto este eltunk a lehetoseggel es nem bantuk meg. Biztosan visszaterunk meg ide, mindennel meg voltunk elegedve, nem tudok egy negativumot sem emliteni. Koszonjuk szepen ezt a csodas elmenyt!

Cons:

Terasz hianyzott a szobahoz, ezt a fogalasnal elneztuk es nem volt lehetoseg cserere a foglaltsag miatt.
